The XPulse 210, with a voice of its own The Powerage Slip-On for the Hero XPulse 210 replaces the standard silencer and the pipe feeding it. You keep the factory header; the new mid pipe and canister take over from there, which is what makes this a straightforward change rather than a full system swap. Stainless throughout, brushed by hand Core, clamp, nuts and bolts are stainless steel, finished in brushed steel and shaped in Powerage's uni-construction style. The profile stays close to the standard exhaust line, so the bike reads as a considered upgrade rather than an aftermarket bolt-on. At 3.86 kg for the complete assembly, it is a noticeably lighter thing to carry over rough ground than the standard unit. Big bore, free flow, with a baffle core The canister runs a big-bore free-flow layout around a baffle core. That core is the point. On a single-cylinder adventure bike the low and mid range is where you actually live, and the baffle keeps back pressure in a range that protects it, so you gain a deeper, more resonant note and a cleaner exhaust path without hollowing out the drive you use on a climb. Powerage dyno tests the system before it ships. Specification Type: slip-on with mid pipe, retains the stock header Material: stainless steel core, clamp, nuts and bolts Finish: brushed steel Core: baffle core for back pressure and efficiency Total weight: 3.86 kg Construction: hand crafted, uni-construction Fitment Made for the Hero XPulse 210. The XPulse 200 4V takes a different part, a complete Powerage system from the head, so check which model you are on before ordering. If you are unsure, send us your registration year and variant and our team is here for it. More parts for both bikes sit in our Hero XPulse 200 and 210 collection. About Powerage Powerage Performance builds its exhausts in-house in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, and backs the products it manufactures with a lifetime repair service. Rawtorque carries the range across Royal Enfield, Hero and KTM applications.

A complete system, not a slip-on Most exhaust upgrades stop at the can. The Powerage Full System for the Hero XPulse 200 4V replaces everything from the head: header pipe, mid pipe and silencer, supplied as one matched assembly with its bracket, heat shield and hardware. Because the whole gas path is designed together, the flow characteristics are consistent from the port to the tip rather than a new muffler working behind a standard header. Built in stainless, finished by hand The core, clamp, nuts and bolts are stainless steel throughout, and the system carries a brushed steel finish that sits close to the bike's own hardware rather than shouting over it. Powerage builds these in Coimbatore using hand-crafted, uni-construction methods, and the shaping follows the standard exhaust line closely enough to look factory-correct from a few paces. Big bore, free flow, with a baffle core The silencer runs a big-bore, free-flow layout with a baffle core inside. That core is the reason this system is worth having on a single-cylinder adventure bike: it preserves enough back pressure to keep the low and mid range usable, rather than trading everyday tractability for a peak number you would rarely reach. The result is a deeper, more resonant note and a cleaner path to the engine's output, dyno tested by Powerage. Specification Type: full system, header to silencer Material: stainless steel core, clamp, nuts and bolts Finish: brushed steel Core: baffle core for back pressure and efficiency Total weight: 4.86 kg Construction: hand crafted, uni-construction Fitment Made for the Hero XPulse 200 4V. The XPulse 210 takes a different part, a Powerage slip-on with mid pipe, so check which model you are on before ordering. Slip-on or full system?

A slip-on replaces the silencer alone. It is the simplest way to a lighter tail and a fuller note, it bolts on, and it can be swapped back. A full system replaces the header-back setup for the greatest gains in flow and weight, and works best alongside a high-flow air filter and a fuel-tuning module as part of a complete Stage 1 setup.

Choosing the right exhaust

Start with what matters most to you: sound, weight or outright performance. Each brand tunes differently. Barrel's Bass Master range is built for a deep, low note on the Royal Enfield twins, while Red Rooster leans towards a sharper, sportier sound. Many of our exhausts come with a removable dB killer, so you can bring the volume down for everyday riding. Comparing brands? Read our guide to the top exhaust brands in India.

If you would like help matching an exhaust to your bike, send us your model and year and we will confirm fitment before you buy.

Frequently asked questions

Are aftermarket exhausts road-legal in India?

Every vehicle in India has to stay within the noise limit it was approved for, and traffic police in many states fine loud aftermarket silencers. Our exhausts are sold for off-road and track use. If you ride on the road, keep the dB killer fitted where one is supplied, avoid de-cat pipes, and check the rules in your state.

Is a silencer the same as an exhaust?

Most riders in India call the muffler at the end of the exhaust the silencer. A slip-on exhaust replaces the silencer. A full system replaces the silencer and the header pipe.

What's the difference between a slip-on and a full system?

A slip-on changes only the silencer: lighter, better sounding and easy to fit. A full system replaces the headers too, for the biggest gains in exhaust flow and weight saving, and it pairs best with fuel tuning.

Will a performance exhaust add power?

On its own, a slip-on mainly improves sound and saves weight, with modest gains. Real, measurable power comes from a full system combined with a high-flow air filter and a fuel-tuning module, set up together.

Do I need a fuel tuner with my exhaust?

For a slip-on, usually not. For a full system, or any Stage 1 build, a fuel-tuning module helps the engine make the most of the extra airflow and keeps fuelling smooth.

What is a dB killer?

A removable baffle that slides into the end of the silencer to cut the volume. Many of our exhausts include one, so the same exhaust can be quieter for daily riding.

How do I choose the right exhaust for my motorcycle?

Pick your bike under "Shop exhausts by bike" above, or filter this collection by your motorcycle, then choose by sound, weight or performance. Reach out for fitment guidance if you would like a second opinion before ordering.

Do you deliver across India?

Yes. Rawtorque ships from Kerala to anywhere in India.
