Control Your Exhaust. On Your Terms. Your valved exhaust has two modes — you just haven't been able to use both. The Valvetronic Exhaust Valve Control Module (Manual) gives you a handlebar-mounted switch that physically opens or closes the exhaust butterfly valve whenever you want. Full roar on the open highway. Clean and quiet through the colony, toll booth, or early morning streets. No apps. No wiring. No compromise. This is the most reliable way to control a valved exhaust — because there's nothing electronic to fail. A cable connects your thumb to the valve. That's it. What This Module Does Valved exhausts come with an internal butterfly valve that changes how exhaust gases flow. When the valve is closed, gases pass through a baffled internal route — quieter, more refined. When the valve is open, gases take the free-flow path — louder, rawer, with a more aggressive exhaust note. Most valved exhausts ship without any control module. The valve stays fixed in one position. This module gives you a switch to change it, whenever you want, from the handlebar. Closed valve: Quiet, compliant, neighbour-friendly. Use it in residential areas, at idle, in traffic, on early morning rides. Open valve: The sound your exhaust was built to make. Use it on highways, open roads, or anywhere you want the full character of your exhaust to come through. Why Manual Over Electric Zero electronics. No solenoid, no servo, no wiring loom, no relay. Nothing to short, corrode, or fail over time. Works anywhere, always. The valve opens when you pull the cable. No power required. No sensor needed. Doesn't care if your bike is warm, cold, or idling. You're in control. The valve is exactly where you put it — open or closed — until you choose to change it. No automatic switching when you don't want it. Simple to install. Route the cable, connect to the valve actuator, mount the switch. No ECU tapping, no wiring diagrams, no calibration. Built to last. A cable and a switch outlast any electronic actuator on a motorcycle. Less to maintain, less to replace. How It Works A control switch mounts on your handlebar. A cable runs from the switch down to the butterfly valve actuator on your exhaust. When you flick the switch, cable tension physically rotates the valve between open and closed. The entire system is mechanical — no power draw from your bike's electrical system, no ECU communication, no mapping required. Installation requires routing the cable cleanly along the frame to the exhaust, connecting to the existing valve actuator arm, and adjusting cable tension for full travel in both directions. A standard workshop should be able to install this in under an hour on most platforms. Compatible Bikes This is a universal module — it works with any valved exhaust system that supports mechanical cable actuation, regardless of bike brand or model. Below is a verified compatibility reference across popular Indian market platforms. If your bike has a valved slip-on, this module can control it. Red Rooster Pegasus Exhaust for Honda H’ness CB350 The Red Rooster Pegasus Exhaust for Honda H’ness CB350 is built for riders who want more than just a cosmetic upgrade. It is engineered to refine the character of the H’ness—adding depth to the exhaust note, improving throttle feel, and enhancing overall ride response without compromising reliability or daily usability. Constructed from Grade 304 stainless steel, the Pegasus is designed to withstand real-world riding conditions. From heat cycles in city traffic to long highway stretches under load, the material resists corrosion, discoloration, and structural fatigue. The stainless construction also allows better thermal stability, which plays a key role in maintaining consistent exhaust tone and performance over time. This is not a thin decorative canister—it is a properly engineered performance component tuned specifically for the CB350 platform. Internally, the Pegasus uses ceramic-wool insulation to regulate heat dispersion and stabilize sound output. This insulation layer helps maintain exhaust gas velocity while preventing excessive resonance or harshness. The result is a rich, throaty tone that feels mature and mechanical rather than loud for the sake of volume. It complements the long-stroke character of the H’ness engine, adding depth without overwhelming refinement. Throttle response becomes noticeably sharper. Mid-range torque delivery feels cleaner and more linear, particularly during overtakes or rolling acceleration in higher gears. The Pegasus improves exhaust flow efficiency, helping the engine breathe more freely while maintaining usable rideability across the rev range. Instead of chasing peak numbers, the system focuses on real-world ride feel—smoother roll-on response, steadier cruising tone, and improved consistency during long rides. Weight reduction over the stock exhaust contributes to a more responsive handling experience. The CB350 retains its stability, but gains a slightly livelier character during corner entry and low-speed maneuvering. For riders who commute daily and tour occasionally, this translates into less fatigue and more confidence in mixed riding environments. Fitment is designed as a true bolt-on system. There is no requirement for fuel remapping, ECU changes, wiring modifications, or fabrication. The Pegasus mounts directly using factory attachment points, ensuring correct alignment and structural integrity. Installation remains straightforward while preserving the original mounting geometry of the bike. The Pegasus is available in Polish and Black finishes, each offering a distinct aesthetic appeal: Polished Finish provides a clean metallic look that highlights the stainless-steel construction. It pairs well with chrome accents and classic styling cues of the H’ness CB350. Black Finish offers a more understated, stealth-oriented appearance with a heat-resistant coating that maintains durability under prolonged use. Both finishes are engineered for longevity, resisting rust, surface degradation, and discoloration from heat exposure. The visual upgrade complements the motorcycle’s retro-modern styling without overpowering its identity. Sound tuning remains one of the strongest characteristics of the Pegasus. At idle, it produces a controlled, bass-heavy pulse that enhances presence without excessive sharpness. Under acceleration, the note deepens progressively, maintaining tonal clarity rather than turning hollow or metallic. On highways, the sound settles into a stable frequency band that minimizes fatigue during extended cruising. For riders who value mechanical authenticity over unnecessary noise, the Pegasus strikes a balanced tone. It enhances the CB350’s voice without distorting its personality. Durability remains central to the design philosophy. Every weld, bend, and contour is manufactured to endure vibration, thermal expansion, and extended usage. The system is built not only for aesthetic improvement, but for long-term ownership confidence. Whether used for urban commuting, weekend highway runs, or occasional touring, the Pegasus integrates seamlessly into the riding experience. It improves response, refines tone, and reinforces durability—all while preserving the reliability of the Honda H’ness CB350 platform. This is not a decorative accessory. It is a structured performance enhancement engineered for riders who appreciate balance—sound without harshness, performance without compromise, and styling without excess.
