Do you sell genuine and aftermarket parts?
Yes — Rawtorque is an authorized stockist of every brand we list: FuelX, PowerTRONIC, Maddog, BMC, Axor, Legundary, Red Rooster, Ngage, and Edyell. Every product is 100% genuine. We do not sell replicas or grey-market imports.
01 When will my order be delivered?
Most in-stock orders dispatch in 1–2 working days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link once shipped.
02 What if the product doesn't fit my bike?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video. Unboxing proof helps. We'll guide you through an exchange or return if eligible.
03 How do I return a product?
Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled items in original packaging. WhatsApp +91 9446514691 with your order ID and photos/video of the item and packaging.
04 Is warranty included?
Most products carry manufacturer warranty — Maddog, CarbonRacing, LCB and others. Claims go through the brand; we assist you with every step.
05 Do you offer installation help?
Yes. We provide install guidance and can recommend trusted workshops. Message us with your bike model and the product you purchased.
06 How do pre-orders work?
Pre-order items are reserved and shipped when stock arrives. Typical lead time: 10–25 working days depending on the brand. We'll notify you of any updates.
07 Which payment methods are supported?
UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets. Checkout is encrypted and secure, and all payments are made online at rawtorque.in.
