Overview
At Rawtorque, we’re committed to delivering premium-quality motorcycle and car accessories with utmost care. Every product is inspected before dispatch. However, if you face an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:

The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition with all tags, manuals, and packaging intact.

The item must be defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect as delivered.

The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Important:
To verify any transit-related damage or discrepancy, customers are required to record a clear unboxing video of the parcel at the time of opening.
The video must clearly show the outer packaging, shipping label, and product unboxing in one continuous shot (no cuts or edits).
Claims of damage or missing items without video proof may not be accepted, as all products undergo a strict quality check before dispatch from our warehouse.
Non-returnable items include:

Engine oils, lubricants, cleaners, sprays and other consumables

Any product showing signs of installation, use, damage or tampering

Custom-made or modified products

Clearance, sale or discounted items
2. Return Process
Contact us at info@rawtorque.in within 7 days of receiving your order with your order ID, reason for return, and supporting photos/videos.
Our team will review your request and share the return instructions if eligible.
Products must be shipped back in their original protective packaging to avoid damage during return transit.
If the return is due to an error or defect on our end, we’ll arrange a pickup or reimburse standard courier charges.
For all other cases, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
3. Exchange Policy
As we deal primarily in aftermarket and third-party automotive accessories, exchanges are not offered once an order has been delivered.
Each item is individually quality-checked and dispatched as per the order specifications.
We do not offer exchanges for reasons such as size, compatibility, or change of preference.
An exchange or replacement will be processed only in cases of verified product defects, damage during transit (with valid unboxing proof), or incorrect item delivery.
All such cases will be reviewed by our support team before approval.
4. Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received back at our warehouse, it will undergo a thorough inspection and verification process.
Refunds will be approved only after confirming that the product is:
Unused, uninstalled, and in original condition, with all tags, manuals, and packaging intact.
Free from any signs of installation, wear, or misuse.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days from the date of verification.
Refunds will be subject to the following deductions:
Before dispatch: Payment gateway transaction fees.
After dispatch: Two-way shipping charges (to and from our warehouse) will be deducted.
For refused, undelivered, or return-to-origin (RTO) parcels caused due to customer-side issues such as incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, two-way shipping and handling charges will be deducted.
Any additional logistics or operational costs incurred in such cases may also be adjusted before processing the refund.
5. International Orders
For international shipments:
All shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are to be borne by the buyer.
All international sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted once the order has been dispatched.
A refund will be considered only in cases where the product received is proven to be defective or incorrect, subject to verification by our support team.
In such verified cases, the refund will exclude all shipping, customs, and transaction costs incurred.
6. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 20% of the order value (or equivalent to the actual two-way shipping and handling costs, whichever is higher) will apply to all eligible returns or cancellations made after dispatch.
This fee covers the logistics, quality inspection, and repackaging costs incurred during the process.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect product:
Report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos and the unboxing proof.
Requests raised after 48 hours or without video proof may not be considered, as courier liability cannot be established.

Warranty & Product Support
All branded products sold on Rawtorque are 100% genuine and covered under the manufacturer’s standard warranty (as per their terms and conditions).
Rawtorque does not provide additional warranty beyond what is offered by the brand.
Warranty claims must be raised directly with the respective manufacturer or authorized service partner.
Our support team can assist customers by guiding them through the warranty process or connecting them with the appropriate service contact.
Warranty coverage, duration, and claim approval are subject to the manufacturer’s policy.
Rawtorque is not responsible for manufacturer decisions or delays in claim processing.
