FuelX Pro+ is a plug-and-play fuel injection controller that connects to your bike's O2 sensor port — no cutting, no splicing. It continuously autotunes the fuel map based on your exhaust, air filter, altitude, and riding conditions.

FuelX claims up to 25% improvement in part-throttle HP and torque — the 20–60% throttle zone where all real-world riding happens. Primary reported benefits:

Both FuelX and PowerTRONIC are plug-and-play devices that connect to the O2 sensor port without cutting any wires. They can be removed before service visits with no trace left on the bike.

However, fitting any aftermarket device can potentially affect your manufacturer warranty. We recommend confirming with your authorised dealership before installation. All Rawtorque products are genuine and sourced from authorised distributors.

It depends on the product and your state's RTO rules.

• ECU tuners (FuelX, PowerTRONIC) — plug-and-play with no visual modification and fully removable, so the bike stays stock for PUC and RTO checks.
• Air filters — internal drop-in replacements, no legality concern.
• Slip-on exhausts — those kept within reasonable sound and emission limits are commonly used on the street, but excessively loud race-only exhausts are intended for track use and can attract RTO penalties.

We recommend retaining your stock exhaust for inspections and confirming the rules in your state. Rawtorque supplies products for performance use — legal compliance on public roads is the rider's responsibility.

Rawtorque is an online store and does not offer in-house fitting, but Stage 1 components are designed for straightforward installation:

A correctly tuned Stage 1 setup does not inherently hurt mileage. Devices like FuelX optimise the fuel map in the part-throttle zone, which can keep efficiency the same or slightly better when you ride normally. Most mileage drops come from riding style — if the smoother, stronger throttle tempts you to ride harder, consumption rises. An air filter or slip-on alone has negligible effect on mileage.

Royal Enfield officially claims 40.02 bhp at 8,000 rpm and 40 Nm of torque at 5,500 rpm from the 452cc liquid-cooled DOHC single-cylinder engine. Peak HP gains are modest on the Classic 350's air-cooled single. The real value is:

Slip-on exhaust — replaces only the muffler section from the mid-pipe. Easiest to install, easiest to remove, legal in most states. Primary benefit: sound improvement and modest flow gains. Most popular choice for daily riders.

The Duke 390's biggest stock complaint is low-RPM throttle jerk. Stage 1 fixes this first, then adds peak power:

Peak HP is measured at full throttle at the RPM limit — a scenario that happens briefly on a track. 90% of real-world riding happens at 20–60% throttle in the 2,000–6,000 rpm range: city traffic, highway overtaking, mountain switchbacks.
