Shipping Policy

At Rawtorque, we aim to deliver your motorcycle and car accessories safely and on time, across India and worldwide.
Please read this Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we handle order processing, delivery timelines, and shipping costs.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

In rare cases of high demand or stock unavailability, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

Typical delivery time is 3–9 business days, depending on location and courier serviceability.

Remote or non-metro locations may take longer.

Shipping Charges

For small/lightweight items (generally under 0.5 kg), we offer free shipping or subsidized delivery.

For larger, heavier, or volumetric products, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery region.

If a single order includes multiple items, the system automatically calculates combined shipping based on total weight.

Important Notes

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by couriers, natural events, or transport restrictions are beyond our control.

Once the shipment is handed over to the courier, Rawtorque is not responsible for delays or damage caused in transit.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on country, weight, and courier availability.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid directly to local authorities.

International deliveries may take 10–25 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Important:

All international sales are final.
Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted once an order is shipped.

In case of a verified defect or incorrect item, refunds (if approved) will exclude shipping and customs costs.

4. Address Accuracy, RTO & Re-dispatch Policy

 

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details including house number, street, landmark, pin code, and contact number at the time of placing the order.

Rawtorque will not be liable for delivery failures caused due to incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable address details.

In case an order is returned to origin (RTO) due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailable/unreachable

  • Refusal to accept delivery

the following conditions will apply:

Re-dispatch Policy:

Rawtorque is not obligated to automatically re-ship any RTO order.
Re-dispatch will be processed based on case evaluation and may require payment of applicable shipping charges.

Refund Policy for RTO Orders:

  • If the customer opts for a refund instead of re-shipment, two-way shipping charges and handling costs will be deducted from the total order value.

  • The remaining balance (if any) will be refunded after inspection of the returned item.

Important:

Orders returned due to customer-side issues (incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal) will only be re-dispatched after payment of applicable shipping charges. If a refund is requested, two-way shipping and handling charges will be deducted.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp (if opted).

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the courier’s website.

 for assistance.

Customers are advised to regularly monitor their shipment tracking status.
In case of unexpected delays, delivery exceptions, or prolonged inactivity in tracking updates, customers must inform us at the earliest.
Delayed reporting may limit our ability to intervene with the courier partner and resolve the issue in a timely manner.

6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

In case a shipment arrives damaged, tampered, or opened, please do not accept delivery and report it to us within 24hours at info@rawtorque.in
 with photos and unboxing video proof.

Claims raised without valid unboxing video may not be accepted, as every product is inspected before dispatch.

For lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner for resolution or refund as per their policy.

7. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure

While we strive for timely delivery, Rawtorque shall not be liable for delays due to courier backlogs, strikes, weather disruptions, lockdowns, or other events beyond our control.

Refunds or replacements will not be processed solely on the basis of delay caused by courier companies.

9. Policy Updates

Rawtorque reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
