Control Your Exhaust. On Your Terms.
Your valved exhaust has two modes — you just haven't been able to use both. The Valvetronic Exhaust Valve Control Module (Manual) gives you a handlebar-mounted switch that physically opens or closes the exhaust butterfly valve whenever you want. Full roar on the open highway. Clean and quiet through the colony, toll booth, or early morning streets. No apps. No wiring. No compromise.
This is the most reliable way to control a valved exhaust — because there's nothing electronic to fail. A cable connects your thumb to the valve. That's it.
What This Module Does
Valved exhausts come with an internal butterfly valve that changes how exhaust gases flow. When the valve is closed, gases pass through a baffled internal route — quieter, more refined. When the valve is open, gases take the free-flow path — louder, rawer, with a more aggressive exhaust note.
Most valved exhausts ship without any control module. The valve stays fixed in one position. This module gives you a switch to change it, whenever you want, from the handlebar.
Closed valve: Quiet, compliant, neighbour-friendly. Use it in residential areas, at idle, in traffic, on early morning rides.
Open valve: The sound your exhaust was built to make. Use it on highways, open roads, or anywhere you want the full character of your exhaust to come through.
Why Manual Over Electric
Zero electronics. No solenoid, no servo, no wiring loom, no relay. Nothing to short, corrode, or fail over time.
Works anywhere, always. The valve opens when you pull the cable. No power required. No sensor needed. Doesn't care if your bike is warm, cold, or idling.
You're in control. The valve is exactly where you put it — open or closed — until you choose to change it. No automatic switching when you don't want it.
Simple to install. Route the cable, connect to the valve actuator, mount the switch. No ECU tapping, no wiring diagrams, no calibration.
Built to last. A cable and a switch outlast any electronic actuator on a motorcycle. Less to maintain, less to replace.
How It Works
A control switch mounts on your handlebar. A cable runs from the switch down to the butterfly valve actuator on your exhaust. When you flick the switch, cable tension physically rotates the valve between open and closed. The entire system is mechanical — no power draw from your bike's electrical system, no ECU communication, no mapping required.
Installation requires routing the cable cleanly along the frame to the exhaust, connecting to the existing valve actuator arm, and adjusting cable tension for full travel in both directions. A standard workshop should be able to install this in under an hour on most platforms.
Compatible Bikes
This is a universal module — it works with any valved exhaust system that supports mechanical cable actuation, regardless of bike brand or model. Below is a verified compatibility reference across popular Indian market platforms. If your bike has a valved slip-on, this module can control it.

Your Exhaust. Intelligent. Automatic.
The Valvetronic Electric (Automatic) Exhaust Valve Control Module brings smart valve control to your valved exhaust. The butterfly valve opens and closes automatically — no switches to flip, no cables to pull. It reads riding input and actuates the valve on its own, giving you the quiet mode when you need it and the full exhaust character when you're pushing hard.
This is the premium way to run a valved exhaust. Set it and forget it. The system handles the rest.
What This Module Does
Valved exhausts have an internal butterfly valve that controls exhaust gas routing. Valve closed = exhaust gases take a baffled internal path — quieter, more refined note. Valve open = free-flow path — the full aggressive exhaust character your slip-on was built for.
The Electric Module automates this. A solenoid or servo actuator connects to the butterfly valve. The control unit reads signals from your bike — RPM, throttle position, or a dedicated switch — and commands the valve to open or close accordingly. You get intelligent mode switching without any manual input mid-ride.
Low RPM / idle / city: Valve stays closed. Quiet, controlled, compliant. Use it on early morning starts, residential areas, toll plazas, traffic jams.
Higher RPM / open throttle / highway: Valve opens automatically. The exhaust opens up, the note deepens, and you get the full sound profile of your slip-on exhaust.
Why Electric Over Manual
Fully automatic operation. The valve transitions without any rider input. Focus on riding — the module handles valve control in the background.
Seamless transitions. No fumbling with a switch mid-corner or on a highway run. The valve opens and closes at the right moment, every time.
Consistent behaviour. Same switching point every ride. No forgetting to open the valve before a run or close it before entering the city.
Optional override. Most configurations allow a dedicated switch for manual override if you want direct control in specific situations.
Premium install. Cleaner setup than a cable system — no handlebar clutter, no cable routing along the frame.
How It Works
The control unit connects to your bike's wiring — typically tapping into the ignition circuit, RPM signal, or a dedicated output. When the defined threshold is crossed (RPM, throttle position, or switch activation), the unit sends a signal to an electric actuator mounted on the exhaust valve. The actuator rotates the butterfly valve between open and closed positions in milliseconds.
The system draws minimal current from the battery and does not require ECU remapping, fuel map changes, or custom tuning. Installation involves wiring the control unit to the correct signal source and mounting the actuator to the exhaust valve arm. A professional auto electrician or experienced mechanic can complete the installation cleanly on most bikes in 1–2 hours.

The Red Rooster Galactic Exhaust for KTM Adventure 390 (BS6) is engineered for riders who want sharper throttle response, stronger mid-range torque, and a deeper exhaust note that feels purposeful rather than exaggerated. Built specifically around the KTM Adventure 390’s engine characteristics, this system enhances performance without disrupting reliability, fueling balance, or rideability.
The Adventure 390 is a high-revving, lightweight parallel single-cylinder platform that thrives on responsiveness. The Galactic exhaust is tuned to complement that nature. Instead of chasing peak horsepower numbers that only appear at the top of the rev range, this system focuses on usable gains. The improvement is felt during roll-ons, mid-range pulls, and overtakes — the exact moments that matter during real-world riding.
Constructed from Grade 304 stainless steel, the Galactic exhaust is built to endure prolonged heat exposure, vibration, and aggressive riding cycles. Grade 304 is chosen for its corrosion resistance and structural stability under high thermal stress. On a performance-oriented machine like the KTM Adventure 390 BS6, exhaust temperatures fluctuate rapidly. Material integrity under these conditions is critical, and this system is designed to hold its form and finish over time.
Internally, the exhaust features advanced ceramic wool insulation. Ceramic wool plays a dual role. First, it stabilizes internal temperatures and protects the outer shell from excessive heat transfer. Second, it refines acoustic output by controlling resonance frequencies. The result is a deep, controlled exhaust character that eliminates sharp metallic harshness. At idle, the tone is mature and composed. Through mid-range acceleration, it develops into a crisp, authoritative growl. At highway cruising speeds, it avoids droning fatigue — a crucial factor for long-distance touring riders.
Flow optimization is where the Galactic system makes its impact. The internal chamber design balances reduced restriction with maintained back pressure. Removing too much back pressure can disrupt low-end torque and throttle predictability. The Galactic avoids that mistake. Instead, it delivers smoother airflow that enhances throttle clarity while preserving mid-range strength. Riders often report more immediate throttle pickup and cleaner acceleration transitions.
Weight reduction also contributes to performance refinement. The stock exhaust on the Adventure 390 carries considerable mass. By replacing it with a lighter stainless-steel unit, rear-end weight bias improves. This enhances agility during direction changes and slow-speed maneuvering. On trails or broken tarmac, reduced unsprung and rear-mounted weight translates to more confident handling.
Fitment is engineered specifically for the KTM Adventure 390 BS6 chassis. Mounting points align with OEM brackets to ensure structural stability and correct exhaust routing. Installation is direct bolt-on. No cutting. No welding. No electrical modification. No ECU remap required. The fueling characteristics of the BS6 engine remain stable within operational tolerances, maintaining ride reliability.
Durability is not secondary. The stainless-steel body resists rust during monsoon rides, high humidity exposure, and mud-heavy trail conditions. Weld joints are reinforced to withstand vibration cycles common in single-cylinder engines. The ceramic insulation maintains its structural density even under repeated heat cycles, ensuring long-term acoustic consistency.
The Galactic exhaust is not designed as an aggressive track-only system. It is built for dual-purpose riders who split time between highways, city commuting, and off-road exploration. It enhances presence without becoming overwhelming. It improves responsiveness without destabilizing engine character. It refines the Adventure 390 rather than reshaping it into something impractical.
Sound profile is often misunderstood as purely loudness. The Galactic focuses on tone quality. A deep, bass-oriented signature replaces the stock muted character while retaining clarity. The output is assertive but controlled, maintaining suitability for extended riding sessions.
For riders seeking a structured, performance-oriented upgrade that aligns with the KTM Adventure 390’s mechanical personality, the Red Rooster Galactic Exhaust KTM Adventure 390 BS6 offers measurable refinement across throttle response, acoustic depth, weight reduction, and durability.
