Control Your Exhaust. On Your Terms.
Your valved exhaust has two modes — you just haven't been able to use both. The Valvetronic Exhaust Valve Control Module (Manual) gives you a handlebar-mounted switch that physically opens or closes the exhaust butterfly valve whenever you want. Full roar on the open highway. Clean and quiet through the colony, toll booth, or early morning streets. No apps. No wiring. No compromise.
This is the most reliable way to control a valved exhaust — because there's nothing electronic to fail. A cable connects your thumb to the valve. That's it.
What This Module Does
Valved exhausts come with an internal butterfly valve that changes how exhaust gases flow. When the valve is closed, gases pass through a baffled internal route — quieter, more refined. When the valve is open, gases take the free-flow path — louder, rawer, with a more aggressive exhaust note.
Most valved exhausts ship without any control module. The valve stays fixed in one position. This module gives you a switch to change it, whenever you want, from the handlebar.
Closed valve: Quiet, compliant, neighbour-friendly. Use it in residential areas, at idle, in traffic, on early morning rides.
Open valve: The sound your exhaust was built to make. Use it on highways, open roads, or anywhere you want the full character of your exhaust to come through.
Why Manual Over Electric
Zero electronics. No solenoid, no servo, no wiring loom, no relay. Nothing to short, corrode, or fail over time.
Works anywhere, always. The valve opens when you pull the cable. No power required. No sensor needed. Doesn't care if your bike is warm, cold, or idling.
You're in control. The valve is exactly where you put it — open or closed — until you choose to change it. No automatic switching when you don't want it.
Simple to install. Route the cable, connect to the valve actuator, mount the switch. No ECU tapping, no wiring diagrams, no calibration.
Built to last. A cable and a switch outlast any electronic actuator on a motorcycle. Less to maintain, less to replace.
How It Works
A control switch mounts on your handlebar. A cable runs from the switch down to the butterfly valve actuator on your exhaust. When you flick the switch, cable tension physically rotates the valve between open and closed. The entire system is mechanical — no power draw from your bike's electrical system, no ECU communication, no mapping required.
Installation requires routing the cable cleanly along the frame to the exhaust, connecting to the existing valve actuator arm, and adjusting cable tension for full travel in both directions. A standard workshop should be able to install this in under an hour on most platforms.
Compatible Bikes
This is a universal module — it works with any valved exhaust system that supports mechanical cable actuation, regardless of bike brand or model. Below is a verified compatibility reference across popular Indian market platforms. If your bike has a valved slip-on, this module can control it.

Your Exhaust. Intelligent. Automatic.
The Valvetronic Electric (Automatic) Exhaust Valve Control Module brings smart valve control to your valved exhaust. The butterfly valve opens and closes automatically — no switches to flip, no cables to pull. It reads riding input and actuates the valve on its own, giving you the quiet mode when you need it and the full exhaust character when you're pushing hard.
This is the premium way to run a valved exhaust. Set it and forget it. The system handles the rest.
What This Module Does
Valved exhausts have an internal butterfly valve that controls exhaust gas routing. Valve closed = exhaust gases take a baffled internal path — quieter, more refined note. Valve open = free-flow path — the full aggressive exhaust character your slip-on was built for.
The Electric Module automates this. A solenoid or servo actuator connects to the butterfly valve. The control unit reads signals from your bike — RPM, throttle position, or a dedicated switch — and commands the valve to open or close accordingly. You get intelligent mode switching without any manual input mid-ride.
Low RPM / idle / city: Valve stays closed. Quiet, controlled, compliant. Use it on early morning starts, residential areas, toll plazas, traffic jams.
Higher RPM / open throttle / highway: Valve opens automatically. The exhaust opens up, the note deepens, and you get the full sound profile of your slip-on exhaust.
Why Electric Over Manual
Fully automatic operation. The valve transitions without any rider input. Focus on riding — the module handles valve control in the background.
Seamless transitions. No fumbling with a switch mid-corner or on a highway run. The valve opens and closes at the right moment, every time.
Consistent behaviour. Same switching point every ride. No forgetting to open the valve before a run or close it before entering the city.
Optional override. Most configurations allow a dedicated switch for manual override if you want direct control in specific situations.
Premium install. Cleaner setup than a cable system — no handlebar clutter, no cable routing along the frame.
How It Works
The control unit connects to your bike's wiring — typically tapping into the ignition circuit, RPM signal, or a dedicated output. When the defined threshold is crossed (RPM, throttle position, or switch activation), the unit sends a signal to an electric actuator mounted on the exhaust valve. The actuator rotates the butterfly valve between open and closed positions in milliseconds.
The system draws minimal current from the battery and does not require ECU remapping, fuel map changes, or custom tuning. Installation involves wiring the control unit to the correct signal source and mounting the actuator to the exhaust valve arm. A professional auto electrician or experienced mechanic can complete the installation cleanly on most bikes in 1–2 hours.

The Barrel Rogue V1 Exhaust for Bajaj Dominar 400 & 400 UG is built for riders who want a stronger presence on the road without sacrificing reliability or fitment precision. This is not a universal slip-on. It is a model-specific performance system engineered to match the Dominar’s engine characteristics and chassis layout.
Designed specifically for the Bajaj Dominar 400 and Dominar 400 UG, the Rogue V1 delivers a deep, bass-heavy exhaust tone with a clean power band. There is no sharp metallic rasp and no hollow drone at cruising speeds. What you get is a fuller, controlled sound that feels muscular without becoming tiring on long rides.
Built from Stainless Steel 304
The entire system is manufactured from Stainless Steel 304, chosen for its corrosion resistance and structural durability under heat cycles. Dominar engines generate consistent thermal load, especially on highways. Stainless Steel 304 maintains integrity under repeated heating and cooling, reducing the risk of premature surface corrosion.
The welds are clean and structurally reinforced to handle vibration and road stress. This matters on Indian highways where expansion joints, rough patches, and uneven terrain are part of daily riding conditions. The construction is engineered for longevity, not cosmetic appeal alone.
Custom Decat Subheader with Inbuilt Resonator
A key component of the Rogue V1 system is the custom decat subheader with an integrated resonator. This is not just a pipe replacement. The resonator helps regulate exhaust pulses and smooth out the sound profile across the rev range.
By removing the catalytic restriction in the subheader section, exhaust flow becomes more direct. The integrated resonator ensures that the tone remains controlled rather than excessively sharp. The result is improved throttle response feel and a more linear exhaust character during acceleration.
This configuration maintains rideability while enhancing the Dominar’s natural torque delivery.
Deep, Controlled Acoustic Profile
The Rogue V1 is tuned to produce a deep, bass-focused exhaust note. It enhances the Dominar’s character without sounding overly aggressive or artificially loud.
At idle, the tone is rich and heavy. Under acceleration, the note builds progressively. At cruising speeds, the sound remains stable without intrusive vibration or cabin-like resonance through the chassis.
A removable DB killer is included. This allows riders to manage sound output depending on riding environment or local regulations. With the DB killer installed, the exhaust remains strong yet controlled. Removed, it produces a more open and aggressive tone.
Plug-and-Play Fitment
Installation is fully plug-and-play.
No cutting.No welding.No fabrication adjustments.
The Rogue V1 is engineered to align precisely with the Dominar 400 & 400 UG factory mounting points. All brackets and connection points are designed for direct bolt-on compatibility.
This ensures structural alignment, prevents unnecessary stress on mounting brackets, and maintains exhaust stability under load.
Professional installation is recommended for optimal alignment and torque specification adherence.
Performance-Oriented Engineering
While this system is primarily acoustic and flow-oriented, riders may notice improved throttle responsiveness due to freer exhaust flow. The system is tuned to complement the Dominar’s engine characteristics without requiring mandatory ECU remapping.
The goal is balanced enhancement — stronger character, improved flow feel, and controlled acoustics — without compromising reliability or daily usability.
This makes it suitable for:
Daily city riding
Highway touring
Weekend performance riding
Long-distance travel
Designed & Manufactured in India
The Barrel Rogue V1 Exhaust is designed and manufactured in India for Indian riding conditions. Heat, dust, humidity, and inconsistent road surfaces are part of real-world usage. The material choice and structural design reflect that environment.

Barrel Rogue 2.0 Exhaust for Bajaj Dominar 400 (Standard & UG)
The Barrel Rogue 2.0 Exhaust is engineered to redefine the mechanical character of the Bajaj Dominar 400. This is not a cosmetic slip-on. It is a platform-specific exhaust system designed to enhance throttle response, deepen exhaust tone, and improve overall ride engagement without compromising daily usability.
Built specifically for the Dominar 400 platform, the Rogue 2.0 produces a deep, bass-forward exhaust note that eliminates hollow metallic rasp while maintaining clarity across the rev range. At cruising speeds, the tone remains controlled and composed. Under acceleration, it transitions into a strong, mechanical growl that feels deliberate rather than excessive.
This system is tuned to complement the Dominar’s torque-focused engine characteristics rather than overpower them.
Full Stainless Steel Construction – Structural and Thermal Stability
The Rogue 2.0 is constructed entirely from premium stainless steel, selected for its resistance to corrosion, thermal fatigue, and long-term structural degradation.
Stainless steel offers:
Superior rust resistance in humid and coastal environments
Stability under repeated heat cycles
Reduced structural distortion over time
Durable acoustic consistency
Unlike mild steel systems that deteriorate with prolonged exposure, stainless steel maintains both performance and appearance over extended usage. The polished finish provides a clean, mechanical aesthetic that integrates seamlessly with the Dominar’s muscular design.
This is a functional material choice, not a decorative one.
Dedicated Link Pipe – Proper Flow, Proper Fitment
The Rogue 2.0 includes a model-specific stainless steel link pipe, ensuring correct exhaust routing and optimal flow alignment.
This is a true direct-fit system:
No cutting
No welding
No fabrication adjustments
No mounting stress
The exhaust bolts directly to factory mounting points, maintaining correct geometry and structural balance. Proper alignment ensures vibration control and prevents long-term mounting fatigue.
The dedicated link pipe also improves exhaust gas evacuation efficiency, contributing to sharper throttle feel and stronger mid-range responsiveness.
Performance Tuning Characteristics
The Barrel Rogue 2.0 is tuned for practical performance gains rather than exaggerated claims.
Expected riding characteristics include:
Improved throttle response feel
Stronger mid-range pull
Cleaner acceleration transitions
Reduced exhaust back-pressure
Deeper, fuller sound profile
The Dominar 400’s torque delivery becomes more immediate and engaging. Power feels accessible earlier in the rev band without creating instability or abrupt throttle behavior.
Importantly, the system does not require ECU remapping for basic functionality. It is engineered to operate within safe factory tolerances.
Two Chassis-Specific Variants – Correct Fitment Matters
The Bajaj Dominar 400 platform exists in two structural configurations:
Dominar 400 (Standard)
Dominar 400 UG
These models differ in exhaust routing and mounting geometry.
For this reason, the Rogue 2.0 is offered in two chassis-specific variants, each tuned and mounted precisely for that configuration.
⚠️ Fitment Advisory:Select the correct model variant before purchase. Standard and UG systems are not interchangeable due to structural differences.
Correct selection ensures:
Proper clearance
Accurate alignment
Vibration stability
Intended acoustic performance
Removable DB Killer – Controlled Sound Management
The Rogue 2.0 includes a removable DB killer.
With DB killer installed:
Deep, refined tone
Controlled volume suitable for daily riding
With DB killer removed:
Louder, more aggressive exhaust output
This allows flexibility depending on riding conditions and local regulations.
Designed for Indian Riding Conditions
Manufactured in India, the Rogue 2.0 is engineered to withstand:
High ambient temperatures
Extended highway runs
Mixed road surfaces
Urban stop-go traffic
The stainless steel construction resists corrosion from moisture exposure and environmental contaminants, ensuring durability across seasons.
This is a system built for actual riding environments — not dyno charts.
