The NGage HB 164 and HBS 164 front brake pads are disc brake pads developed for the front brake caliper used on the Triumph T4. These brake pads are manufactured to match the exact pad shape, mounting profile, and contact surface geometry required by the front braking system fitted to this motorcycle, ensuring correct physical fitment and consistent disc engagement.
This product listing applies strictly to the front brake position. The rear brake pads for the Triumph T4 use a different pad code and are listed separately.
Front brake pads carry the primary braking load on a motorcycle. The majority of stopping force is generated at the front wheel, making the quality and behavior of the front brake pads a key factor in braking confidence, lever feel, and controlled deceleration. A front brake pad must deliver predictable bite, stable friction output, and consistent performance across varying temperatures and braking loads.
NGage offers the HB 164 front brake pad shape in two friction material variants: Whisker Ceramic (HB 164) and Sintered (HBS 164). Both variants share identical physical dimensions and mounting geometry. The difference lies entirely in the friction compound formulation and how it behaves under heat, load, and repeated braking cycles.
Whisker Ceramic Variant, HB 164
The HB 164 Whisker Ceramic brake pads use a ceramic-based friction compound reinforced with fiber-like whiskers. This compound is engineered to deliver smooth initial bite, progressive braking force buildup, and stable friction output during everyday riding conditions.
The ceramic matrix allows controlled modulation at the brake lever, which is particularly useful for urban riding, highway cruising, and mixed riding environments where precise braking control is preferred. The whisker reinforcement improves structural stability within the friction layer, helping the pad maintain consistent surface behavior under repeated braking cycles.
This compound is intended for riders who prioritize refined braking feel, predictable front brake response, and consistent deceleration without aggressive bite characteristics.
Sintered Variant, HBS 164
The HBS 164 Sintered brake pads use a metallic friction compound formed by fusing metal powders under high temperature and pressure. This manufacturing process produces a dense, wear-resistant friction material with high thermal stability and consistent friction output under elevated braking loads.
Sintered brake pads are engineered to tolerate higher operating temperatures and maintain braking performance during repeated hard braking, extended downhill descents, and high-speed riding. The metallic composition offers stronger initial bite and sustained friction consistency under conditions where brake heat buildup is significant.
This compound is intended for riders who operate in aggressive riding conditions, carry heavier loads, or frequently ride in environments that generate higher front brake temperatures.
Fitment & Compatibility
This listing applies to the front brake position on the following motorcycle:
Compatibility (Front Brake Only)Triumph T4
The HB 164 and HBS 164 pad shape is specific to the front caliper used on the Triumph T4. Rear brake pads use a different pad code and must be purchased separately.

Your Exhaust. Intelligent. Automatic.
The Valvetronic Electric (Automatic) Exhaust Valve Control Module brings smart valve control to your valved exhaust. The butterfly valve opens and closes automatically, no switches to flip, no cables to pull. It reads riding input and actuates the valve on its own, giving you the quiet mode when you need it and the full exhaust character when you're pushing hard.
This is the premium way to run a valved exhaust. Set it and forget it. The system handles the rest.
What This Module Does
Valved exhausts have an internal butterfly valve that controls exhaust gas routing. Valve closed = exhaust gases take a baffled internal path, quieter, more refined note. Valve open = free-flow path, the full aggressive exhaust character your slip-on was built for.
The Electric Module automates this. A solenoid or servo actuator connects to the butterfly valve. The control unit reads signals from your bike, RPM, throttle position, or a dedicated switch, and commands the valve to open or close accordingly. You get intelligent mode switching without any manual input mid-ride.
Low RPM / idle / city: Valve stays closed. Quiet, controlled, compliant. Use it on early morning starts, residential areas, toll plazas, traffic jams.
Higher RPM / open throttle / highway: Valve opens automatically. The exhaust opens up, the note deepens, and you get the full sound profile of your slip-on exhaust.
Why Electric Over Manual
Fully automatic operation. The valve transitions without any rider input. Focus on riding, the module handles valve control in the background.
Seamless transitions. No fumbling with a switch mid-corner or on a highway run. The valve opens and closes at the right moment, every time.
Consistent behaviour. Same switching point every ride. No forgetting to open the valve before a run or close it before entering the city.
Optional override. Most configurations allow a dedicated switch for manual override if you want direct control in specific situations.
Premium install. Cleaner setup than a cable system, no handlebar clutter, no cable routing along the frame.
How It Works
The control unit connects to your bike's wiring, typically tapping into the ignition circuit, RPM signal, or a dedicated output. When the defined threshold is crossed (RPM, throttle position, or switch activation), the unit sends a signal to an electric actuator mounted on the exhaust valve. The actuator rotates the butterfly valve between open and closed positions in milliseconds.
The system draws minimal current from the battery and does not require ECU remapping, fuel map changes, or custom tuning. Installation involves wiring the control unit to the correct signal source and mounting the actuator to the exhaust valve arm. A professional auto electrician or experienced mechanic can complete the installation cleanly on most bikes in 1-2 hours.
Compatible Bikes
This is a universal moduleit works with any valved exhaust system that supports electric or solenoid actuation, regardless of bike brand or model. Below is a verified compatibility reference across popular Indian market platforms. If your bike has a valved slip-on, this module can control it.

Unlock the full character of the Honda CB350 RS with the Red Rooster Pegasus RS Exhaust for Honda CB350 RSa precision-engineered slip-on developed to sharpen torque delivery, clean up throttle transitions, and give the RS a deeper, more authoritative exhaust presence without compromising its everyday refinement.
The CB350 RS has a strong mid-range personality from the factory, but the stock exhaust system is tuned conservatively. The Pegasus RS changes that equation. Built using high-grade stainless steel (Grade 304L) and insulated with advanced ceramic-wool packingthis exhaust improves exhaust gas evacuation while maintaining thermal stability across long ride cycles. The result is a freer-breathing engine that feels more alert from the first twist of the throttle.
The sound signature is where riders notice the transformation immediately. Instead of a muted factory tone, the Pegasus RS produces a deeper, bass-weighted exhaust note that feels mechanical and intentional. It is not excessively loud or abrasive. It is tuned for depth, not disturbance. Low-end frequencies are strengthened, mid-range resonance becomes fuller, and high-frequency harshness is controlled. The bike sounds stronger because it is breathing more efficiently.
Throttle response benefits directly from this improved flow. Roll-ons feel tighter. Gear changes feel smoother. Mid-range torque delivery becomes more pronounced, especially during overtakes and highway acceleration. The improvement is progressive rather than sudden, power builds cleanly instead of feeling restricted. Riders often describe the change as the motorcycle feeling less “held back” and more mechanically alive.
Weight reduction also contributes to the riding experience. Compared to the factory exhaust, the Pegasus RS reduces rear-end mass, subtly improving balance and agility. In city riding, this translates to quicker directional shifts and more confidence during slow-speed maneuvering. On open highways, the lighter canister helps the bike feel less strained and more composed.
The internal ceramic-wool insulation is not just for sound shaping. It plays a structural role in maintaining exhaust tone consistency over time. Heat cycles, extended cruising, and long-distance touring can cause inferior systems to lose tonal clarity. The Pegasus RS is engineered to preserve its acoustic character ride after ride. Thermal resistance keeps performance stable even during prolonged highway stretches or hot-weather conditions.
Every weld, curve, and mounting point is engineered to align with the CB350 RS chassis. This is not a generic fitment solution. The slip-on integrates directly with factory mounting locations, ensuring proper alignment, minimal vibration, and long-term durability. The precision of fitment reduces stress on brackets and prevents unwanted rattling over rough surfaces.
Installation is straightforward and clean. The Red Rooster Pegasus RS Exhaust for Honda CB350 RS is a direct bolt-on unit. No cutting. No welding. No ECU remap. No permanent modification. Riders can install the system using standard mounting architecture, making it ideal for those who want a reversible performance upgrade without electrical changes or tuning complications.
Two finish options are available to match riding style and aesthetic preference:
Polish FinishA bright stainless-steel appearance that complements chrome accents and highlights craftsmanship. It adds a premium metallic sheen while retaining corrosion resistance.
Black FinishA darker, stealth-inspired look that pairs well with the RS’s sportier styling. It offers the same durability and performance characteristics in a more understated visual package.
Both finishes deliver identical internal tuning and performance output. The difference lies purely in visual expression.
Performance Improvements Riders Commonly Notice:
• Sharper throttle response• Improved mid-range torque feel• Stronger low-frequency exhaust tone• Reduced overall exhaust system weight• Stable sound quality during long rides• Smoother power progression across gears
The Pegasus RS is engineered for real-world riding. Daily commuting. Weekend rides. Long-distance touring. Highway cruising. It maintains refinement while enhancing mechanical feedback. The bike retains its approachable nature, but with a stronger voice and more responsive character.
Durability remains central to the design philosophy. Grade 304L stainless steel offers excellent resistance to corrosion and surface fatigue. Rain exposure, humidity, heat cycles, and long-term touring do not compromise structural integrity. The ceramic packing resists breakdown and helps preserve exhaust acoustics over extended use.
For riders who want their CB350 RS to feel more expressive without sacrificing composure, the Pegasus RS delivers a balanced upgrade. It enhances what already works in the motorcycle’s favor, torque delivery, ride feel, and mechanical presence, without turning it into something harsh or impractical.
The Red Rooster Pegasus RS Exhaust for Honda CB350 RS does not attempt to redefine the motorcycle. It refines it.It strengthens its character. It gives it a voice that matches its stance.

The Triumph Speed 400 is engineered to be sharp, responsive, and mechanically honest. The Red Rooster Blaze Exhaust doesn’t try to change that character - it refines it, tightens it, and gives it a stronger mechanical voice.
Purpose-built for the Speed 400 platform, the Blaze is tuned to enhance throttle clarity, improve mid-range urgency, and deliver a deeper exhaust note that feels deliberate rather than dramatic. This is not an oversized can chasing noise. It is a precision-built system designed around how the 400cc single-cylinder engine breathes and delivers power.
Constructed from high-grade Grade 304 stainless steelthe Blaze balances structural strength with corrosion resistance. Every section, from the inlet pipe to the outer canister, is formed to maintain optimal exhaust flow while preserving safe back-pressure levels. The result is smoother scavenging, cleaner combustion response, and a more consistent torque curve through everyday riding RPMs.
On the road, what changes is not just the sound, it’s the feel.
Throttle transitions become sharper. Roll-ons feel cleaner. The engine responds with less hesitation in the mid-range. There’s a noticeable tightening of the bike’s behavior when accelerating out of corners or navigating stop-start traffic. The Speed 400 already handles with agility; reducing exhaust weight at the rear subtly improves that dynamic even further.
The Blaze trims unnecessary bulk compared to the stock system, contributing to improved balance and directional response. While not extreme, the difference is felt in the way the motorcycle flicks into turns and stabilizes under throttle.
Sound tuning is where Red Rooster’s engineering becomes evident. The Blaze produces a deeper, more authoritative tone without becoming harsh or intrusive. At idle, it settles into a controlled bass note. Under acceleration, it opens up progressively, delivering presence without raspiness. During highway cruising, the tone remains composed and non-fatiguing, making it suitable for long-distance rides.
Internally, high-temperature resistant insulation materials are used to maintain consistent thermal control. Heat cycles from daily commuting, traffic congestion, and extended highway runs do not distort tone quality. The stainless steel construction resists rust, surface corrosion, and weather exposure, ensuring long-term durability even in humid or wet conditions.
Installation is engineered to be straightforward. The Blaze is a true direct bolt-on exhaust for the Triumph Speed 400. It mounts to factory points without cutting, welding, or structural modifications. The supplied mounting hardware integrates with the stock configuration, preserving alignment and factory geometry. There are no alignment battles or forced adjustments.
Importantly, under standard fitment conditions, the Blaze does not require ECU remapping. It is tuned to work harmoniously with the stock engine calibration while improving overall exhaust flow characteristics.
Visually, the Blaze is available in three finishes:
Polishclean metallic finish that highlights stainless craftsmanship
Blackdarker, aggressive aesthetic that complements modern styling
Matteunderstated industrial look for a stealth presence
All finishes share identical internal construction and performance characteristics. Only the exterior treatment changes. Performance remains consistent across variants.
The Blaze is engineered for real-world riders, not for exaggerated dyno claims. Its gains are practical:
Improved throttle response in mid-range RPM
Smoother roll-on acceleration
Controlled, deeper exhaust note
Reduced rear-end weight compared to stock
Durable stainless steel build quality
Long-term resistance to corrosion and heat fatigue
On city roads, the exhaust maintains refinement. On open highways, it expresses depth. On spirited weekend rides, it responds quickly and predictably.
This is not an attention-seeking exhaust. It is a mechanical enhancement designed to complement the Speed 400’s balanced personality. It gives the motorcycle a stronger acoustic identity and a sharper mechanical response without compromising reliability or everyday usability.
The Triumph Speed 400 is built with intent. The Red Rooster Blaze reinforces that intent.
Engineering over theatrics.Tone without excess.Performance without compromise.

Red Rooster Performance Rumbler Max Black Exhaust for Royal Enfield Hunter 350
The Red Rooster Performance Rumbler Max Black Exhaust for Royal Enfield Hunter 350 is a high-quality slip-on exhaust system. It is designed for riders seeking the perfect balance between sound character, build quality, and daily usability. Made by Red Rooster Performance, this exhaust integrates cleanly with the Hunter 350 while enhancing rideability and long-term durability.
Exhaust systems affect not only the sound but also heat management, durability, and the overall riding experience. The Rumbler Max Black acts as a direct-fit replacement for the stock exhaust. This allows riders to upgrade their Royal Enfield Hunter exhaust without permanent modifications. Compatibility with the original mounting points and exhaust routing is maintained, which supports easy servicing and reversibility.
Material Construction and Finish of the Royal Enfield Hunter Exhaust
The Rumbler Max Black is crafted using Grade 304 stainless steel. This material is widely used in performance exhausts for its corrosion resistance and ability to withstand heat cycling. Stainless steel ensures the exhaust handles repeated thermal expansion and contraction during everyday rides and highway use without fatigue.
The matte black finish complements the Hunter 350’s design with a clean, performance-focus look. When cared for properly, this finish retains its quality and appearance over long-term use under normal riding conditions. The subtle look fits well with the motorcycle’s aesthetic.
Sound Character and Riding Experience
Red Rooster Performance’s exhaust systems emphasize controlled sound output rather than simply increasing volume. The Rumbler Max Black delivers a deeper and more distinct exhaust note than the stock unit. Despite the heightened sound, it remains practical and unobtrusive for regular riding.
This Royal Enfield Hunter exhaust includes ceramic wool packing inside. This material can handle high temperatures and vibrations for extended periods. Ceramic wool helps maintain the consistent exhaust tone as the system matures, minimizing sound degradation over normal use.
Note that sound perception will vary based on riding environment, throttle usage, traffic, and external factors. Riders should always comply with local noise laws and regulations when installing aftermarket exhausts.
Designed for Direct Bolt-On Installation
The Red Rooster Performance Rumbler Max Black Exhaust is built for direct bolt-on installation on the Royal Enfield Hunter 350. No cutting, welding, or permanent modifications are required. This design makes it easy for riders to fit the new exhaust quickly and safely.
Because it uses the motorcycle’s existing mounting points, the exhaust can be installed or removed without altering the bike’s original structure. This makes the upgrade suitable for riders who want reversible changes or may want to switch back to the stock exhaust later.
Heat Resistance and Long-Term Durability
Motorcycle exhausts regularly face intense heat, vibration, and environmental elements such as road debris and moisture. The stainless steel construction paired with ceramic wool packing keeps the Rumbler Max Black strong and acoustically consistent over time.
The design supports daily commuting and weekend rides without performance drops caused by heat fatigue or material wear. Proper installation and maintenance ensure its durability for long-term use as an effective Royal Enfield Hunter exhaust upgrade.
Compatibility and Intended Use
This exhaust is designed specifically for the Royal Enfield Hunter 350. Its fitment relies on the stock exhaust layout and mounting geometry unique to this model. Use on other motorcycles is not recommended unless confirmed by the manufacturer.
Functioning as a purely mechanical component, the Rumbler Max Black does not include any electronic parts. It does not require ECU remapping for regular installation conditions. Actual sound and riding feel may change depending on usage style, fuel quality, and bike condition.
Installation and Ownership Considerations
Installation should follow proper procedures to guarantee correct alignment, sealing, and mounting security. Exhaust fasteners should be periodically checked, especially soon after installation and during regular servicing.
As with all aftermarket Royal Enfield Hunter exhaust upgrades, riders must ensure the bike complies with applicable local traffic, emission, and noise regulations when using this exhaust system.
What’s Included
The kit contains one Red Rooster Performance Rumbler Max Black Exhaust unit. It is tailored for direct installation on the Royal Enfield Hunter 350. Mounting components in the kit securely integrate with the factory exhaust setup, ensuring a smooth fit and performance upgrade.

Sprint Filter PM252S P08 Air Filter for Aprilia RS 457
The Aprilia RS 457 breathes through a compact airbox with very little room for compromise. The Sprint Filter PM252S replaces the factory paper element with a single layer of Italian-made polyester tissue that flows substantially more air, drops straight into the OE airbox, and never needs a drop of oil.
A dry filter, not an oiled one
Almost every performance air filter sold in India is oiled cotton gauze. It works, but it comes with a routine: strip it, wash it, dry it completely, re-oil it evenly, and hope you did not over-oil it. Too much oil migrates downstream, and on a fuel-injected bike that residue ends up where you do not want it.
Sprint Filter's P08 media is dry polyester. To service it you take it out, blow it through with compressed air, and put it back. No cleaning solvents, no oil, no drying time, no risk of contaminating the intake tract. For a bike that spends its life between traffic and the occasional track day, that is a materially easier ownership story.
The numbers Sprint publishes
Sprint Filter is unusually specific about its media, which makes it possible to compare grades honestly rather than by adjective:
Filtration: traps debris down to 80 microns
Airflow: 5,050 litres per square metre per second
Media: single-layer polyester tissue, 70 micron wire diameter
Servicing: dry, compressed air only
Sprint cite independent testing by the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, in which the P08 polyester tissue recorded the highest airflow of the leading air filter brands tested, including filters sold as race items. That is Sprint's claim and their test, and we pass it on as such.
Which Sprint grade is right for you
Sprint make three media grades, and the trade-off between airflow and filtration is real. More airflow means a coarser weave:
P08 (this filter) — 80 micron, 5,050 l/m²/sec. Maximum airflow. Road and track use on sealed surfaces.
P14 — 14 micron, 1,800 l/m²/sec. Finer filtration for genuinely dusty routes and high-mileage daily use.
T12 — 7 micron, 560 l/m²/sec. Off-road, gravel and desert conditions.
The RS 457 is a road and track motorcycle, which is why Sprint catalogue the P08 for it. If you ride predominantly on dust-heavy roads, talk to us before ordering and we will tell you what is actually available for your bike rather than selling you the wrong grade.
Built to outlast the service schedule
Polyester is a manmade fibre and, looked after properly, shows no meaningful loss of structure or filtering performance over time. Where a paper element is a consumable you buy again every service, the PM252S is a component you fit once and clean periodically. Over the life of the motorcycle that changes the arithmetic considerably.
The element is manufactured in Italy by Sprint Filter, who supply filters into World Superbike and Grand Prix paddocks. This is the same media technology, in a road-legal replacement size.
Fitment guidance
Sprint catalogue the PM252S for the Aprilia RS 457, 2024 onwards. It is a drop-in replacement for the factory element and requires no modification to the airbox, no trimming and no additional hardware.
If you are unsure whether this is the correct part for your bike or your model year, send us your registration details and we will help you check before you order.

The XPulse 210, with a voice of its own
The Powerage Slip-On for the Hero XPulse 210 replaces the standard silencer and the pipe feeding it. You keep the factory header; the new mid pipe and canister take over from there, which is what makes this a straightforward change rather than a full system swap.
Stainless throughout, brushed by hand
Core, clamp, nuts and bolts are stainless steel, finished in brushed steel and shaped in Powerage's uni-construction style. The profile stays close to the standard exhaust line, so the bike reads as a considered upgrade rather than an aftermarket bolt-on. At 3.86 kg for the complete assembly, it is a noticeably lighter thing to carry over rough ground than the standard unit.
Big bore, free flow, with a baffle core
The canister runs a big-bore free-flow layout around a baffle core. That core is the point. On a single-cylinder adventure bike the low and mid range is where you actually live, and the baffle keeps back pressure in a range that protects it, so you gain a deeper, more resonant note and a cleaner exhaust path without hollowing out the drive you use on a climb. Powerage dyno tests the system before it ships.
Specification

A complete system, not a slip-on
Most exhaust upgrades stop at the can. The Powerage Full System for the Hero XPulse 200 4V replaces everything from the head: header pipe, mid pipe and silencer, supplied as one matched assembly with its bracket, heat shield and hardware. Because the whole gas path is designed together, the flow characteristics are consistent from the port to the tip rather than a new muffler working behind a standard header.
Built in stainless, finished by hand
The core, clamp, nuts and bolts are stainless steel throughout, and the system carries a brushed steel finish that sits close to the bike's own hardware rather than shouting over it. Powerage builds these in Coimbatore using hand-crafted, uni-construction methods, and the shaping follows the standard exhaust line closely enough to look factory-correct from a few paces.
Big bore, free flow, with a baffle core
The silencer runs a big-bore, free-flow layout with a baffle core inside. That core is the reason this system is worth having on a single-cylinder adventure bike: it preserves enough back pressure to keep the low and mid range usable, rather than trading everyday tractability for a peak number you would rarely reach. The result is a deeper, more resonant note and a cleaner path to the engine's output, dyno tested by Powerage.

Braking, sharpened for the Apache RTX 300
The 66BHP Race Pro is a fully sintered brake pad built for riders who use the brakes with intent. On the TVS Apache RTX 300 it replaces the standard pad with a metallic compound that bites from the first millimetre of lever travel and holds that feel as the disc heats up.
What a sintered compound changes
Sintered pads are made by fusing metal particles under heat and pressure rather than binding an organic material with resin. The practical difference shows up in three places:
Initial bite. The lever responds sooner, so you brake later and with more information in your hand.
Heat stability. Repeated hard stops on a descent or a fast highway run do not soften the pedal and lever feel the way a tiring organic pad does.
Wet performance. The metallic surface clears water quickly, so the first pull in the rain behaves much like the first pull in the dry.
Race Pro or Street Pro?
Both compounds fit the RTX 300. Race Pro is the harder, more assertive set: choose it if you ride quickly, carry a pillion and luggage through the ghats, or brake late and repeatedly. If your riding is mostly commuting and touring and you would rather have low dust, low noise and easy modulation, the Street Pro semi-ceramic set is the better match.
Front, rear, or the complete set
66BHP supplies the RTX 300 as two separate part numbers. The front pad is RP 957 and the rear is RP 147. Choose a single position if you are replacing worn pads at one end, or the full set if you are refreshing the whole system in one go.
Where it earns its place
The RTX 300 is a road-biased adventure machine, which means it is asked to do a lot of different things: commuting, loaded touring, ghat sections, the occasional trail. Race Pro suits riders who carry a pillion or luggage, ride in hills, or simply want more authority than the standard pad offers. It is a firmer, more assertive pad than a semi-ceramic street compound, and it is meant to be.

The Red Rooster Blaze Header Pipe is the second half of the Blaze system. Where the Blaze silencer changes how the exhaust exits, the header changes how it leaves the cylinder, and the two were designed to work as one.
It is a mandrel-bent stainless steel single-piece header with a wider bore than the stock item. Less restriction at the front of the system means the engine breathes more freely under load, with a cleaner throttle pickup through the mid range and a fuller note. Fitted alongside the Blaze silencer it completes the full system rather than a slip-on.
The finish is a matter of preference alone. Polish, Black and Matte are identical in bore, bends and mounting, so the choice changes the look and nothing else. Some blueing near the head is normal on stainless steel after heat cycles and does not affect strength or performance.
Fitment guidance
Red Rooster lists this header pipe against the following Triumph 400 platform models:
Triumph Speed 400
Triumph Speed T4
Triumph Scrambler 400 X
If you are unsure which of these you have, or you are pairing the header with a silencer you already own, message us before ordering and we will help you confirm it.
