Technical Specifications

Sintered Compound Benefits

• Stronger initial bite vs ceramic, better suited for loaded Adventure riding
• High heat resistance, stable performance across repeated braking cycles
• Durable metallic compound maintains consistent friction output
• Suitable for highway, touring, and mixed riding

Sintered vs Ceramic for Adventure Use

Adventure riders who carry luggage, ride two-up, or tackle long highway stints will find sintered pads more suitable, the compound handles higher thermal loads without fade. For lighter daily commuting, the ceramic HB164 option offers smoother modulation and quieter operation.
