The NGage Whisker Sintered Front Brake Pad is engineered for KTM Duke, RC, and select Adventure motorcycles where the HBS184 front pad code is specified. Sintered metallic compound, higher friction coefficient, heat-resistant, built for riders who demand more bite and durability than ceramic.

Sintered Compound Construction

Manufactured by fusing metallic powders under high heat and pressure, creating a dense compound that maintains braking effectiveness across repeated heat cycles.

Compound includes: Copper (heat dissipation), Steel/Iron (wear resistance), Brass (corrosion resistance), Graphite (high-temp lubrication), Carbon fibres, Molybdenum Disulfide MoS2 (solid lubricant under pressure).

• Stronger initial bite vs ceramic
• High heat resistance, rated to ~1000°C
• Consistent friction during repeated braking cycles
• Suitable for spirited street, highway, and mixed riding
