The NGage Whisker Sintered Front Brake Pad is engineered for KTM Duke, RC, and select Adventure motorcycles where the HBS184 front pad code is specified. Sintered metallic compound — higher friction coefficient, heat-resistant, built for riders who demand more bite and durability than ceramic.

Sintered Compound Construction

Manufactured by fusing metallic powders under high heat and pressure — creating a dense compound that maintains braking effectiveness across repeated heat cycles.

Compound includes: Copper (heat dissipation), Steel/Iron (wear resistance), Brass (corrosion resistance), Graphite (high-temp lubrication), Carbon fibres, Molybdenum Disulfide MoS2 (solid lubricant under pressure).

• High heat resistance — rated to ~1000°C
