Rawtorque is a brand owned and operated by Beyondwill LLP. Beyondwill LLP is the seller of record for every order placed on rawtorque.in and the entity named on your invoice.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the following officer handles complaints relating to orders, products, refunds and this website.

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours of receiving it, and resolve it within one month. Please include your order number and, where relevant, photographs or video, so that we can act on the first reply rather than the third.

Complaints about a return, a refund or a warranty claim are handled under our Return, Refund and Warranty Policy, which sets shorter turnarounds than the limits above.

Rawtorque sells genuine branded parts and accessories. All manufacturer names, model names, part numbers, logos and trademarks appearing on this website are the property of their respective owners.

Vehicle makes and models are named solely to identify the vehicles a part is intended to fit. Their use does not imply that Rawtorque or Beyondwill LLP is affiliated with, endorsed by, authorised by or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer or brand owner, unless we state that relationship explicitly on the page.

Original equipment part numbers, where quoted, are cross reference information for identifying the correct replacement part. They do not indicate that a product is supplied by the vehicle manufacturer.

Fitment listings on this website are compiled from supplier catalogues and manufacturer data, and are published as guidance to help you identify the right part. Vehicle specifications change within a model's life, sometimes without a change of name, so we ask for the year of manufacture and the variant before confirming a fit.

Where a fitment stated on a product page, or confirmed in writing by our team before you order, turns out to be wrong, that is treated as our error and is covered by our Return, Refund and Warranty Policy.

Performance and safety related components, including braking, suspension, engine and electrical parts, should be installed by a qualified technician using the manufacturer's torque figures and procedures. We are not liable for damage, injury or loss arising from incorrect installation, from continued use of a part that is worn or damaged, or from use of a part outside its intended application.

Some products, including exhaust systems, lighting and tuning components, are sold for off road, track or competition use, or may not comply with vehicle regulations in every state. Where a product carries such a restriction we say so on its page. It remains the buyer's responsibility to confirm that a modification is permitted for their vehicle and their use before fitting it.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. A tax invoice is issued for every order.

Product descriptions, specifications, images and prices are published in good faith and can change without notice. Images are representative, and packaging or finish may differ from the photograph shown.

Where an order is placed against a price or specification that was published in error, we will contact you before dispatch and either confirm the corrected details with you or cancel the order and refund it in full.

The Rawtorque name and logo, the design of this website, and the original text, photography and guides published on it belong to Beyondwill LLP. They may not be copied, republished or used commercially without written permission. Quoting a short extract with a link back to the source page is welcome.

Buying guides and technical articles are general information, not a substitute for a workshop manual or professional advice on your specific vehicle. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.

This notice and any dispute arising from the use of this website or from an order placed on it are governed by the laws of India, and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Pathanamthitta, Kerala. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
