Performance exhausts for every major motorcycle platform — from bolt-on slip-ons for commuter and retro bikes to full systems for track-focused machines. Every exhaust in this range is selected for measurable improvement in sound, weight, or flow, not just aesthetics.

The collection covers Indian-market favourites: Royal Enfield twins and singles, KTM Duke and Adventure platforms, Bajaj Pulsar and Dominar, Yamaha MT and R-series, Honda CB350, Triumph Speed and Scrambler 400, and more. Brands include Barrel, Red Rooster, and Powerage, each with a different character, sound profile, and fitment range.

How to choose a performance exhaust

Slip-on vs full system

A slip-on replaces everything from the mid-pipe exit back. It's the practical starting point: bolt-on, reversible, and the biggest change in sound for the lowest cost and effort. A full system replaces the header as well, freeing more flow and delivering more power but requiring professional fitting on most platforms.

With or without a fuel tune

On BS6 bikes, a free-flow exhaust changes backpressure. The ECU's closed-loop fuelling compensates partially, but throttle response and smoothness improve meaningfully when you pair the exhaust with a fuel module like FuelX Pro+ or a programmable ECU like PowerTRONIC. Browse the PowerTRONIC and NGage collections for the right tune for your bike.

Sound character

Each brand tunes differently. Barrel's Bass Master line emphasises low-frequency depth on RE twins. Red Rooster targets a sharp, performance-oriented note on ADV and touring bikes. Check the individual product for sound character detail.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to remap my ECU after fitting a performance exhaust?

On modern BS6 bikes, closed-loop fuelling means the engine runs without issues. But for best throttle response and power, a fuel module (FuelX or PowerTRONIC) paired with the exhaust is the recommended setup.

Will a performance exhaust affect my bike's warranty?

Modifying the exhaust system can affect manufacturer warranty coverage on emissions-related components. This varies by brand and dealer. The exhaust itself is a quality, reversible upgrade.

Do you ship exhausts across India?

Yes. Rawtorque ships performance exhausts pan-India. Oversized or heavy items ship with appropriate freight handling.
