N-Gage Hyper Flow Performance Air Filter for KTM 200 / 250 / 390 (BS4 & BS6)
The N-Gage Hyper Flow Performance Air Filter for KTM 200, 250 & 390 (BS4 & BS6) is a high-performance replacement designed specifically for KTM motorcycles. It ensures consistent airflow while providing effective filtration and long-lasting durability. This KTM air filter fits a wide range of KTM platforms including Duke, RC, and Adventure models. It is perfect for riders who want to improve intake efficiency without compromising reliable engine protection during daily rides.
Air filters are crucial for engine performance by controlling both the volume and cleanliness of air entering the combustion chamber. On high-revving KTM engines, any airflow restriction or uneven filtration can negatively impact throttle response, combustion stability, and overall ride smoothness. The N-Gage Hyper Flow KTM air filter addresses these concerns by offering increased airflow compared to traditional stock paper filters, while still maintaining excellent particulate filtration.
KTM Air Filter High-Flow Cotton Gauze Filtration Design
The N-Gage Hyper Flow Air Filter is crafted using premium organic cotton gauze. This material is layered to provide the right balance between airflow and filtration efficiency. Unlike disposable paper filters that restrict airflow as they accumulate dust, cotton gauze filters maintain more consistent airflow when properly cleaned and maintained.
Additionally, the filter comes factory pre-oiled, enabling it to trap fine dust particles effectively without hindering airflow. According to manufacturer specifications, this KTM air filter allows up to 30% more airflow than stock filters. It filters particles as small as 5 microns, supporting better engine breathing across various riding conditions.
Designed for KTM Performance Engines
This KTM air filter is made for motorcycles equipped with 200cc, 250cc, and 390cc engines, compatible with both BS4 and BS6 platforms. It fits using stock airbox dimensions common to KTM Duke, RC, and Adventure models. Riders can install it as a direct replacement without needing modifications.
Fitting directly into the factory airbox means it preserves the original intake design, sealing surfaces, and water protection. No cutting, drilling, or alterations are necessary during installation.
Throttle Response and Engine Behaviour with KTM Air Filter
The improved airflow provided by this filter can lead to sharper throttle response and smoother engine behaviour throughout the rev range. By reducing intake restriction compared to the stock paper filters, the N-Gage Hyper Flow Air Filter ensures consistent air delivery during acceleration and sustained riding sessions.
This KTM air filter has been dyno-tested as stated by the manufacturer. However, actual riding results may vary based on riding style, fuel quality, maintenance, and engine condition. It is designed to function with stock ECU settings and does not require additional tuning after installation.
Reusable and Long-Term Ownership Advantage
Unlike conventional disposable air filters, the N-Gage Hyper Flow KTM air filter is washable and reusable. With routine cleaning and re-oiling using appropriate maintenance products, it can be reused multiple times throughout its lifespan.
This makes it an ideal choice for riders who log high mileage, ride in dusty conditions, or prefer a long-term, cost-efficient solution. Proper maintenance is critical to maintain filtration efficiency and protect the engine over time.
Tested for Mixed Riding Conditions
KTM motorcycles are frequently used across diverse environments such as city riding, highway touring, track use, and off-road terrains. The N-Gage Hyper Flow Air Filter is engineered to ensure reliable airflow and filtration performance across these varied conditions.
To maintain optimal performance, inspection and cleaning intervals should be adjusted, especially in dusty or wet riding environments.
Compatibility Overview
This air filter is compatible with these KTM models:
BS4 KTM Duke 200 / 250 / 390
BS6 KTM Duke 200 / 250 / 390
BS6 KTM RC 200 / 390
BS6 KTM Adventure 250 / 390
Fitment is based on the stock intake configuration of these models.
Installation and Maintenance
Installing the N-Gage Hyper Flow Air Filter follows the same process as replacing the original stock air filter. It does not require specialized tools.
Riders must ensure the filter is properly seated and sealed within the airbox to prevent any leaks or contamination. For best results, clean and re-oil the filter at recommended intervals using specialized air filter cleaning products. Avoid over-oiling as it can reduce filtration efficiency.

Sprint Filter CM274S P08 Air Filter for Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 / Guerrilla 450
The 452cc Sherpa single runs in both the Himalayan and the Guerrilla. The Sprint Filter CM274S is the maximum-airflow grade for road-biased riding on either. It drops straight into the factory airbox and replaces the paper element for good.
A dry filter, not an oiled one
Almost every performance air filter sold in India is oiled cotton gauze. It works, but it comes with a routine:
strip it, wash it, dry it completely, re-oil it evenly, and hope you did not over-oil it.
Sprint Filter's P08 media is different. It is a dry filter: to service it you take it out, blow it through with compressed air, and put it back. No cleaning solvents, no oil, no drying time, and no risk of oil residue migrating downstream into the intake tract of a fuel-injected engine.
The numbers Sprint publishes
Sprint Filter is unusually specific about its media, which makes it possible to compare grades honestly
rather than by adjective:
Filtration: traps debris down to 80 microns
Airflow: 5,050 litres per square metre per second
Media: single-layer polyester tissue, 70 micron wire diameter
Servicing: dry, compressed air only
Which Sprint grade is right for you
Sprint make three media grades, and the trade-off between airflow and filtration is real.
More airflow means a coarser weave:
P08 (this filter) — 80 micron, 5,050 l/m²/sec. Road and track use on sealed surfaces.
P14 — 14 micron, 1,800 l/m²/sec. Finer filtration for genuinely dusty routes and high-mileage daily use.
T12 — 7 micron, 560 l/m²/sec. Off-road, gravel and desert conditions.
If your Himalayan spends real time on gravel and trail, look at the CM274T12 in T12 instead. It filters down to 7 microns at the cost of airflow, which is the right trade for genuine off-road use.
Built to outlast the service schedule
Polyester is a manmade fibre and, looked after properly, shows no meaningful loss of structure or filtering
performance over time. Where a paper element is a consumable you buy again at every service, the CM274S is a
component you fit once and clean periodically. Over the life of the motorcycle that changes the arithmetic
considerably.
The element is manufactured in Italy by Sprint Filter, who supply filters into World Superbike and Grand Prix
paddocks. This is the same media technology, in a road-legal replacement size.
Fitment guidance
Sprint catalogue the CM274S for:
Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 (2024 onwards)
Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 (2024 onwards)
It is a drop-in replacement for the factory element and requires no modification to the airbox, no trimming
and no additional hardware. If you are unsure whether this is the correct part for your bike or your model year,
send us your registration details and we will help you check before you order.

Sprint Filter CM274T12 Air Filter for Royal Enfield Himalayan 450
The Himalayan 450 is the one bike in this range that genuinely goes where the dust is. The Sprint Filter CM274T12 is Sprint's finest media, built for exactly that.
Sprint Filter's T12 media is different.
Filtration: traps debris down to 7 microns
Airflow: 560 litres per square metre per second
Media: special non-woven polyester fabric
Servicing: dry, compressed air only
Which Sprint grade is right for you
Sprint make three media grades, and the trade-off between airflow and filtration is real.
More airflow means a coarser weave:
P08 — 80 micron, 5,050 l/m²/sec. Road and track use on sealed surfaces.
P14 — 14 micron, 1,800 l/m²/sec. Finer filtration for genuinely dusty routes and high-mileage daily use.
T12 (this filter) — 7 micron, 560 l/m²/sec. Off-road, gravel and desert conditions.
This is the trade-off worth understanding before you buy. The T12 filters more finely than anything else Sprint make, and it flows the least air of the three. If your Himalayan spends most of its life on tarmac, the CM274S in P08 is the better choice. If it genuinely sees gravel, sand and trail dust, this is the one.
Built to outlast the service schedule
Polyester is a manmade fibre and, looked after properly, shows no meaningful loss of structure or filtering

Sprint catalogue the CM274T12 for:
Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 (2024 onwards)
Sprint list the T12 grade for the Himalayan 450 only. The Guerrilla 450 shares the same 452cc engine, and Sprint catalogue the P08 grade (CM274S) for both bikes. If you ride a Guerrilla and want the T12, talk to us first and we will confirm with Sprint rather than guess.
It is a drop-in replacement for the factory element and requires no modification to the airbox, no trimming
and no additional hardware. If you are unsure whether this is the correct part for your bike or your model year,

Sprint Filter CM231P14 Air Filter for Royal Enfield J-series 350
The J-series 350 is the most common motorcycle in this catalogue and the one that sees the most dust. The Sprint Filter CM231P14 covers the whole platform. It drops straight into the factory airbox and replaces the paper element for good.

Sprint Filter CM267S P08 Air Filter for Triumph Speed 400 / Scrambler 400 X
The 398cc TR-series single is a willing engine with a compact airbox. The Sprint Filter CM267S is the maximum-airflow grade Sprint catalogue for it.
Not every grade is made for every motorcycle. If you are unsure which one suits how you actually ride,
ask us before ordering and we will tell you what Sprint catalogue for your bike.
Built to outlast the service schedule
Polyester is a manmade fibre and, looked after properly, shows no meaningful loss of structure or filtering
performance over time. Where a paper element is a consumable you buy again at every service, the CM267S is a
component you fit once and clean periodically. Over the life of the motorcycle that changes the arithmetic
considerably.
The element is manufactured in Italy by Sprint Filter, who supply filters into World Superbike and Grand Prix
paddocks. This is the same media technology, in a road-legal replacement size.

Sprint Filter PM252S P08 Air Filter for Aprilia RS 457
The Aprilia RS 457 breathes through a compact airbox with very little room for compromise. The Sprint Filter PM252S replaces the factory paper element with a single layer of Italian-made polyester tissue that flows substantially more air, drops straight into the OE airbox, and never needs a drop of oil.
A dry filter, not an oiled one
Almost every performance air filter sold in India is oiled cotton gauze. It works, but it comes with a routine: strip it, wash it, dry it completely, re-oil it evenly, and hope you did not over-oil it. Too much oil migrates downstream, and on a fuel-injected bike that residue ends up where you do not want it.
Sprint Filter's P08 media is dry polyester. To service it you take it out, blow it through with compressed air, and put it back. No cleaning solvents, no oil, no drying time, no risk of contaminating the intake tract. For a bike that spends its life between traffic and the occasional track day, that is a materially easier ownership story.
The numbers Sprint publishes
Sprint Filter is unusually specific about its media, which makes it possible to compare grades honestly rather than by adjective:
Filtration: traps debris down to 80 microns
Airflow: 5,050 litres per square metre per second
Media: single-layer polyester tissue, 70 micron wire diameter
Servicing: dry, compressed air only
Sprint cite independent testing by the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, in which the P08 polyester tissue recorded the highest airflow of the leading air filter brands tested, including filters sold as race items. That is Sprint's claim and their test, and we pass it on as such.
Which Sprint grade is right for you
Sprint make three media grades, and the trade-off between airflow and filtration is real. More airflow means a coarser weave:
P08 (this filter) — 80 micron, 5,050 l/m²/sec. Maximum airflow. Road and track use on sealed surfaces.
P14 — 14 micron, 1,800 l/m²/sec. Finer filtration for genuinely dusty routes and high-mileage daily use.
T12 — 7 micron, 560 l/m²/sec. Off-road, gravel and desert conditions.
The RS 457 is a road and track motorcycle, which is why Sprint catalogue the P08 for it. If you ride predominantly on dust-heavy roads, talk to us before ordering and we will tell you what is actually available for your bike rather than selling you the wrong grade.
Built to outlast the service schedule
Polyester is a manmade fibre and, looked after properly, shows no meaningful loss of structure or filtering performance over time. Where a paper element is a consumable you buy again every service, the PM252S is a component you fit once and clean periodically. Over the life of the motorcycle that changes the arithmetic considerably.
The element is manufactured in Italy by Sprint Filter, who supply filters into World Superbike and Grand Prix paddocks. This is the same media technology, in a road-legal replacement size.
Fitment guidance
Sprint catalogue the PM252S for the Aprilia RS 457, 2024 onwards. It is a drop-in replacement for the factory element and requires no modification to the airbox, no trimming and no additional hardware.
If you are unsure whether this is the correct part for your bike or your model year, send us your registration details and we will help you check before you order.

NGage Hyper Flow Universal Pod Air Filter, 49mm ID, 150-250cc
Read this first. NGage supplies this filter for closed track purposes. It is a pod filter: it replaces the airbox rather than sitting inside it. That changes how the engine draws air and takes the motorcycle away from the intake configuration it was emissions-tested in, so it is not intended for a road-registered bike in regular use. Fit it to a track or competition machine, or one you are prepared to run outside stock specification.
What it is
A washable, reusable cotton-gauze pod filter with a 49mm internal diameter inlet, sized for motorcycles in the 150cc to 250cc range running an aftermarket or open intake. Four layers of surgical-grade cotton gauze sit between epoxy-coated aluminium mesh, with support pillars to hold the shape under airflow. It arrives factory pre-oiled.
Unlike the model-specific Hyper Flow filters we stock, this one is not cut to any particular airbox. It is a universal part, and fitment depends on your intake plumbing rather than on your motorcycle model.
Will it fit
The only number that matters is the inlet internal diameter: 49mm. Measure the outside diameter of the throttle body spigot or intake tube you intend to clamp it to. If that measures 49mm, this filter fits. If it does not, this is the wrong part regardless of what motorcycle it is on.
Because it is universal, we cannot confirm fitment from a model name alone. Send us the measurement and we will help with fitment guidance.
Tuning
A pod filter flows considerably more air than a stock airbox element. On a carburetted engine expect to rejet. On a fuel-injected engine the ECU will trim within its range, but the mixture will sit lean of where it should be under load, and a fuelling module or remap is the sensible companion to this part rather than an optional extra.
Running an open pod on a stock map is the most common way to get a disappointing result from one, so plan the tune alongside the filter.
Care
Cotton gauze is washable and reusable. Clean and re-oil it when it is visibly loaded, sooner in dust. A pod filter sits in open air rather than inside a sealed box, so it picks up dirt faster than a panel filter does and wants checking more often. NGage sells a cleaning and recharge kit, and you can add one to this order using the option above.
