NGK ILZKR6Q11 Laser Iridium Spark Plug for Maruti Brezza / Ertiga / Grand Vitara / XL6 1.5 & Toyota Hyryder / Rumion (K15C)

The NGK ILZKR6Q11 is the laser iridium spark plug NGK India specifies for the current 1.5 litre K15C petrol engine used across Maruti Suzuki and its Toyota-badged siblings. It is a direct, like-for-like replacement.

The fine-wire iridium centre electrode fires a tighter, more focused spark than a conventional plug. In everyday driving that means easier cold starts, a steadier idle and cleaner combustion, with a service life well beyond a nickel plug because iridium holds its gap.

Per NGK India's current application chart, ILZKR6Q11 is listed for:

Maruti Suzuki

• Ertiga 1.5L

Toyota

• Urban Cruiser Hyryder 1.5L
• Rumion 1.5L

Not the same as the older K15B. If your Ertiga, Ciaz, XL6, S-Cross or Jimny runs the earlier K15B engine, NGK does not list an iridium plug for it. Message us with your model and year and we will tell you what does fit.

The K15C is a four-cylinder, so a full change takes four plugs.

Fitting note

Supplied pre-gapped. If you check the gap, move only the outer ground electrode. The iridium centre electrode is a fine wire and will break if levered against.

Thread in by hand first, then torque to the figure in your service manual.
