Built using an advanced thermoplastic composite shell, the helmet is structured to absorb and distribute impact energy efficiently. The outer shell is shaped to reduce drag and maintain stability at higher speeds, minimizing neck fatigue during long rides. Shell & Safety Standards
The helmet is constructed using a high-impact resistant thermoplastic shell. It is certified under ISI and DOT safety standards, meeting regulatory requirements for structural integrity and impact absorption.
Multiple EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) density zones are integrated within the inner liner to help manage energy during impact. The internal shape is optimized for balanced weight distribution and improved comfort over extended riding periods.
Dual Visor System
The Axor Apex Prism features a dual visor mechanism:
