Diamond Razer O-Ring Chain & Sprocket Kit for Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 & Continental GT 650

The Diamond Razer kit is TIDC India's premium drivetrain set, built around a solid-bush O-ring chain. It is supplied complete with both sprockets, in the standard gearing the Royal Enfield 650 twins left the factory with.

Why the Razer

• EXTROLID solid-bush construction, which TIDC builds for a slower wear rate and better grease retention than a conventional bush
• MoTefF greasing technology with a Teflon powder based grease, sealed in by the O-rings
• KapZink plating on the chain for corrosion resistance and a lasting gold finish
• QuadForge process for chain strength
• AlMag coated, induction hardened rear wheel sprocket for longer life and rust prevention
• Alloy steel gearbox sprocket, which TIDC rates at twice the strength, and quieter in use

Fitting and care

TIDC specifies 20 to 25 mm of chain slack, measured as your owner's manual describes, with both sprockets aligned parallel to the chain and equal notch adjustment on each side. Grease the chain every 700 km. TIDC also recommends replacing the wheel hub rubbers at the same time as the kit.
