BMC FM917/20 Performance Air Filter for Triumph Thruxton 1200 R / Speed Twin 1200

Bought this for the Triumph Speed Twin 1200, small thing, the gains were more subtle than I expected for daily riding, still a good product though.

I ride a Triumph Thruxton 1200 R, mid range pull is plainly stronger, the drop in fit stays sealed and snug for what it costs, I am satisfied with the performance.

Fitted this to the Triumph Speed Twin 1200, the airbox fit feels a perfect drop in, the reusable element has become a big plus over paper filters, a good decision to buy this.

The filter media has proven properly engineered, I can feel the difference in my Triumph Thruxton 1200 R, the construction is good, overall a good product.

Using it on a Triumph Speed Twin 1200, the response ended up sharper through the mid range, the construction is now properly engineered to be fair, reusability feels economical to run, happy with the purchase.
