    BMC FB813/01 Performance Air Filter

    One genuine BMC filter, multiple premium applications. The BMC FB813/01 is a direct-fit washable performance air filter that fits the BMW 220i 220d F44/F45/F46 (2014+), BMW X1 F48 20d 20i (2015+), Mini Cooper S F54/F55/F56/F57/F60 (2013+) and Mini Cooper Hybrid F54/F55/F56/F57/F60 (2017+). Engine fitments: 1.5, 2.0.

    This is a direct replacement for the factory paper element — it fits the original airbox with no modification. BMC's multi-layer cotton-gauze media flows more air than a disposable stock filter while maintaining proper filtration.

      The build has proven a clear step up from stock, and the response is plainly sharper through the mid range, the mid range proved fuller on a BMW, reusability ended up well worth it for the savings.

      I ride a Mini, the induction sound proved a touch deeper under load without question, and the washable design ended up a big plus over paper filters.

      On my BMW, fitment feels exact and fuss free, the induction sound is a touch deeper under load and the midrange turned out fuller, and the reusable element stays money saved versus disposables.
