    BMC FB651/20 Performance Air Filter

    One genuine BMC filter, multiple premium applications. The BMC FB651/20 is a direct-fit washable performance air filter that fits the BMW X5 E70 xDrive 35i (2010+).

    This is a direct replacement for the factory paper element — it fits the original airbox with no modification. BMC's multi-layer cotton-gauze media flows more air than a disposable stock filter while maintaining proper filtration.

      I have my BMW X5 E70 xDrive 35i, the fitment is perfect, it feels like a drop in. The reusability is worth it for the savings, and the intake sounds deeper under load. The mid range feels fuller, and the construction is dense and well made, throttle response feels cleaner.

      The construction of this filter is dense and well made, throttle pickup is more immediate, the reusable element is economical to run. I have been using it for a while now, and nothing has changed, it still performs great.

      I have been using this filter for a good while now, the filter media is a clear step up from stock, the fit is exact and fuss free, the midrange is stronger. The induction sound is nicer and meatier, throttle pickup is cleaner off the bottom, and being washable is a real long term saving.
