    BMC FB518/08 Performance Air Filter

    One genuine BMC filter, multiple premium applications. The BMC FB518/08 is a direct-fit washable performance air filter that fits the BMW 325i E90/E91/E92/E93 (2005-07). Engine fitments: 2.0.

    This is a direct replacement for the factory paper element — it fits the original airbox with no modification. BMC's multi-layer cotton-gauze media flows more air than a disposable stock filter while maintaining proper filtration.

      I am using this filter on my BMW 325i E90, the mid range pull is more alive now, and throttle response is easily noticeably crisper. The reusable element is a big plus, I can just wash it and use it again, it feels like money saved. On damp morning roads it has been faultless.

      Fitted to a BMW 325i E91, the airbox fit is plainly faultless, the intake is easily nicer and meatier. I can feel the difference, it is a nice upgrade.

      Running it on the BMW 325i E92, pickup feels sharper through the mid range over stock and the midrange reads cleaner now. The washable design is a big plus, the drop in fit feels exact and fuss free, and the induction sound has proven subtly better.
