A Complete System for the Tuono 457

The Barrel Outlaw 2.0 is a full replacement exhaust for the Aprilia Tuono 457, supplied with the header pipe rather than as a muffler swap. Replacing the system end to end is what lets the parallel twin breathe properly, and it is where the weight comes off.

304 Stainless Steel Throughout

Built as a single considered assembly:

• 304 stainless steel header pipe and muffler
• Around 2.5 kg lighter than the stock system
• Corrosion resistant, built to stay presentable
• Hand-finished welds

Two Exit Styles

The same system, routed two ways, so the character of the bike is your choice:

• Side Exit for a conventional, upswept silhouette
• Underbelly for a tucked, mass-centralised look

The Sound

The Outlaw 2.0 is measured at 104 dB at 5000 rpm with the DB killer fitted. The DB killer is removable, and with it out the system is considerably louder. This is a performance system built for track and enthusiast use, so choose your exit style and your riding with that in mind.
