Fuel for the stretch between fuel stops

On the routes worth riding, the gap between pumps is the part nobody plans for. The Long-Haul is a 5 litre reserve built to mount cleanly on a motorcycle luggage setup and stay there over bad surfaces.

The body is moulded from fuel safe high density plastic with a leak resistant cap. A key barrel option is available where the can is left on the bike unattended.

01 Is mounting hardware included?

No. The can is supplied on its own and needs a rack, luggage plate or jerry can holder to carry it. Get in touch with your bike and luggage setup and we will help you work out what you need.

02 What does the key barrel option add?

A lockable barrel on the cap, so the can can be left mounted on the bike unattended. Worth it if you park in public or leave the bike loaded overnight.

03 Is it safe to carry petrol in this?

It is moulded from fuel safe high density plastic with a leak resistant sealing cap. Carry it upright, secured firmly, and away from the exhaust. Never fill it while the engine is hot.

04 Is the black version available?

Not at present. Black is out of stock at the manufacturer, so we are listing red only. Contact us if you want to be told when black returns.

05 How much weight does a full can add?

Roughly 3.7 kg of petrol plus the can itself. Worth accounting for when you work out your luggage load and how high you mount it.
