Five upgrades that work together, chosen because they complement one another rather than compete. Built around the H’ness CB350 and its own silencer, so nothing here is a compromise borrowed from another variant.

Why these five
The CB350 is a long-stroke single that does its work between 2,500 and 5,000 rpm. Everything here is chosen to respect that rather than chase a top end the engine was never built to reach.
The exhaust is a slip-on that keeps the factory header, which is deliberate. A full system with a larger primary would trade away the low-end torque that makes this engine pleasant. The filter lets it breathe without disturbing the airbox or the sensors inside it. The iridium plug fires more consistently, which matters most when the mixture is working hardest.
The ceramic pads are the quiet inclusion that owners tend to appreciate most. They bite well from cold, which is exactly what city traffic asks for, they are quieter than sintered, they produce far less dust, and they are kinder to your discs.
Fitment
Assembled specifically for the Honda H’ness CB350.
The H’ness uses its own upswept silencer, which is why this package exists separately. The filter, plug and both sets of pads are common across the whole CB350 family; only the exhaust is variant-specific, and the one included here is the correct unit for your motorcycle.
Everything installs with standard tools and no cutting, welding or modification. Your original parts stay usable, so the motorcycle returns to standard whenever you want it to.
Worth knowing
A fuel or ignition module is not included. The package works well without one, and whether you need it depends on how you ride and where. Ask us and we will tell you honestly.
A 13T front sprocket can be sourced separately for riders wanting shorter gearing for hills or heavy city use. It is not held in stock. Message us and we will advise whether it suits how you ride.
If you are unsure which variant you own, send us a photograph of the right side of the motorcycle and we will provide fitment guidance before you order.
