Valvetronic Valvetronic Exhaust Valve Control Module (Manual) – Cable-Operated Exhaust Valve Controller
Control Your Exhaust. On Your Terms. Your valved exhaust has two modes — you just haven't been able to use both. The Valvetronic Exhaust Valve Control Module (Manual) gives you a handlebar-mounted switch that physically opens or closes the exhaust butterfly valve whenever you want. Full roar on the open highway. Clean and quiet through the colony, toll booth, or early morning streets. No apps. No wiring. No compromise. This is the most reliable way to control a valved exhaust — because there's nothing electronic to fail. A cable connects your thumb to the valve. That's it. What This Module Does Valved exhausts come with an internal butterfly valve that changes how exhaust gases flow. When the valve is closed, gases pass through a baffled internal route — quieter, more refined. When the valve is open, gases take the free-flow path — louder, rawer, with a more aggressive exhaust note. Most valved exhausts ship without any control module. The valve stays fixed in one position. This module gives you a switch to change it, whenever you want, from the handlebar. Closed valve: Quiet, compliant, neighbour-friendly. Use it in residential areas, at idle, in traffic, on early morning rides. Open valve: The sound your exhaust was built to make. Use it on highways, open roads, or anywhere you want the full character of your exhaust to come through. Why Manual Over Electric Zero electronics. No solenoid, no servo, no wiring loom, no relay. Nothing to short, corrode, or fail over time. Works anywhere, always. The valve opens when you pull the cable. No power required. No sensor needed. Doesn't care if your bike is warm, cold, or idling. You're in control. The valve is exactly where you put it — open or closed — until you choose to change it. No automatic switching when you don't want it. Simple to install. Route the cable, connect to the valve actuator, mount the switch. No ECU tapping, no wiring diagrams, no calibration. Built to last. A cable and a switch outlast any electronic actuator on a motorcycle. Less to maintain, less to replace. How It Works A control switch mounts on your handlebar. A cable runs from the switch down to the butterfly valve actuator on your exhaust. When you flick the switch, cable tension physically rotates the valve between open and closed. The entire system is mechanical — no power draw from your bike's electrical system, no ECU communication, no mapping required. Installation requires routing the cable cleanly along the frame to the exhaust, connecting to the existing valve actuator arm, and adjusting cable tension for full travel in both directions. A standard workshop should be able to install this in under an hour on most platforms. Compatible Bikes This is a universal module — it works with any valved exhaust system that supports mechanical cable actuation, regardless of bike brand or model. Below is a verified compatibility reference across popular Indian market platforms. If your bike has a valved slip-on, this module can control it. Red Rooster Red Rooster Galactic Exhaust for KTM Adventure 250 (BS6)
The Red Rooster Galactic Exhaust for KTM Adventure 250 (BS6) is engineered to unlock sharper throttle response, stronger mid-range torque, and a deeper, more authoritative exhaust tone without compromising reliability or daily usability. Designed specifically around the KTM Adventure 250 BS6 platform, this system improves exhaust flow efficiency while preserving the motorcycle’s balanced power delivery and adventure-ready character. Built using Grade 304 stainless steel, the Galactic Exhaust is constructed to withstand continuous heat cycles, harsh weather exposure, vibration, and long-distance touring stress. Grade 304 is known for its corrosion resistance and structural durability, making it ideal for Indian riding conditions where temperature variation, moisture, dust, and road debris are constant variables. This ensures long-term durability without premature fatigue or surface degradation. Internally, the system uses advanced ceramic wool insulation to manage sound resonance and maintain thermal stability. Ceramic wool helps retain consistent acoustic performance even under sustained high-temperature operation. More importantly, it stabilizes back pressure levels, allowing optimized exhaust scavenging. When exhaust gases exit more efficiently, the engine breathes cleaner — resulting in improved throttle clarity and smoother power delivery across the rev range. On real roads, the difference is progressive rather than abrupt. Throttle inputs feel more immediate. Acceleration through the mid-range becomes cleaner and more responsive, especially during highway overtakes, incline climbs, and rolling acceleration between 4,000–7,000 RPM. The Galactic Exhaust does not distort the Adventure 250’s torque curve; it enhances it in a usable, predictable way. Sound tuning has been deliberately engineered to maintain refinement. The exhaust produces a deep, controlled tone with strong bass presence under load, yet it avoids sharp metallic harshness at higher RPM. During cruising speeds, the sound settles into a composed note that does not create fatigue over long distances. This makes it suitable for touring riders who cover extended highway stretches, as well as adventure riders navigating off-road terrain. Weight reduction compared to the stock exhaust system contributes to improved handling dynamics. Lower mass at the rear of the motorcycle assists with quicker directional changes and improved maneuverability. This is particularly noticeable on broken tarmac, gravel sections, and uneven terrain where balance and chassis responsiveness matter. The Galactic Exhaust is built as a direct bolt-on unit for the KTM Adventure 250 (BS6). Installation requires no cutting, welding, or ECU remapping. It integrates with factory mounting points and maintains correct alignment with the stock routing layout. This ensures mechanical stability and simplifies installation for workshops or experienced riders. Thermal management is another key strength. The stainless steel body combined with ceramic insulation allows consistent heat control, preventing premature discoloration and preserving internal packing longevity. This ensures the exhaust maintains both performance and acoustic integrity over time. From an aesthetic perspective, the Galactic Exhaust complements the KTM Adventure 250’s aggressive design language. The stainless construction offers a clean, mechanical finish that aligns with the motorcycle’s purposeful stance. It looks functional rather than ornamental — engineered rather than decorative. The Red Rooster Galactic Exhaust is developed for riders who want measurable improvement in ride feel without sacrificing reliability. It enhances breathing efficiency, refines throttle response, reduces unnecessary weight, and delivers a controlled, adventure-appropriate exhaust character. This is not an excessively loud system designed for spectacle. It is a performance-focused upgrade built for riders who value mechanical precision, durability, and usable gains in real-world conditions.
