Control Your Exhaust. On Your Terms.
Your valved exhaust has two modes — you just haven't been able to use both. The Valvetronic Exhaust Valve Control Module (Manual) gives you a handlebar-mounted switch that physically opens or closes the exhaust butterfly valve whenever you want. Full roar on the open highway. Clean and quiet through the colony, toll booth, or early morning streets. No apps. No wiring. No compromise.
This is the most reliable way to control a valved exhaust — because there's nothing electronic to fail. A cable connects your thumb to the valve. That's it.
What This Module Does
Valved exhausts come with an internal butterfly valve that changes how exhaust gases flow. When the valve is closed, gases pass through a baffled internal route — quieter, more refined. When the valve is open, gases take the free-flow path — louder, rawer, with a more aggressive exhaust note.
Most valved exhausts ship without any control module. The valve stays fixed in one position. This module gives you a switch to change it, whenever you want, from the handlebar.
Closed valve: Quiet, compliant, neighbour-friendly. Use it in residential areas, at idle, in traffic, on early morning rides.
Open valve: The sound your exhaust was built to make. Use it on highways, open roads, or anywhere you want the full character of your exhaust to come through.
Why Manual Over Electric
Zero electronics. No solenoid, no servo, no wiring loom, no relay. Nothing to short, corrode, or fail over time.
Works anywhere, always. The valve opens when you pull the cable. No power required. No sensor needed. Doesn't care if your bike is warm, cold, or idling.
You're in control. The valve is exactly where you put it — open or closed — until you choose to change it. No automatic switching when you don't want it.
Simple to install. Route the cable, connect to the valve actuator, mount the switch. No ECU tapping, no wiring diagrams, no calibration.
Built to last. A cable and a switch outlast any electronic actuator on a motorcycle. Less to maintain, less to replace.
How It Works
A control switch mounts on your handlebar. A cable runs from the switch down to the butterfly valve actuator on your exhaust. When you flick the switch, cable tension physically rotates the valve between open and closed. The entire system is mechanical — no power draw from your bike's electrical system, no ECU communication, no mapping required.
Installation requires routing the cable cleanly along the frame to the exhaust, connecting to the existing valve actuator arm, and adjusting cable tension for full travel in both directions. A standard workshop should be able to install this in under an hour on most platforms.
Compatible Bikes
This is a universal module — it works with any valved exhaust system that supports mechanical cable actuation, regardless of bike brand or model. Below is a verified compatibility reference across popular Indian market platforms. If your bike has a valved slip-on, this module can control it.

This module is universal — it controls the valve mechanism, not the exhaust itself. Your exhaust must have a butterfly valve with a mechanical actuator arm. Confirm exhaust compatibility before ordering. If your bike model isn't listed but runs a valved slip-on, this module will work.

Rogue 1.0 vs Rogue 2.0
Rogue 1.0
Compact canister design with shorter rear profile
Sharper, more aggressive exhaust character
Stainless steel, black finish
Rogue 2.0
Revised canister geometry with altered internal acoustic tuning
Fuller, deeper exhaust tone
Stainless steel, black finish
Construction & Materials
Built from stainless steel — durable, corrosion-resistant, handles repeated heat cycles and daily exposure. Includes a model-specific link pipe connecting the canister to the existing mid-section. Slip-on configuration — rear muffler replacement only, original header stays.
Sound & Performance
By modifying the internal chamber and exhaust flow path, the Rogue produces a more pronounced tone compared to stock. Sound intensity varies by model, fuel mapping, catalytic configuration, and DB killer setting. Comes with a removable DB killer for sound adjustment.
As a slip-on, this primarily affects acoustics and rear-end weight. Any perceived change in throttle response varies by overall bike configuration. Does not include ECU remapping or fuel controllers — arrange tuning separately if required.
Compliance with local noise regulations is the owner's responsibility.
Installation
Remove factory exhaust canister
Connect supplied link pipe
Mount the Rogue canister and secure hardware to torque spec
Check alignment and exhaust sealing
Professional installation recommended. No permanent engine modification required.

Red Rooster Galactic Exhaust for KTM Duke 390 (BS3 / BS4 / BS6) – Stainless Steel Slip-On Performance System
The Red Rooster Galactic Exhaust for KTM Duke 390 (BS3 / BS4 / BS6) is engineered for riders who demand sharper throttle precision, stronger mid-range pull, and a deeper, more controlled exhaust note without compromising reliability. Built specifically for the Duke 390 platform, this is not a universal slip-on adapted to fit — it is a purpose-tuned system designed around the engine’s aggressive power curve and high-revving character.
Fabricated from Grade 304 stainless steel, the Galactic is built to withstand continuous heat cycles, daily commutes, highway blasts, and weekend corner attacks. Stainless steel 304 offers strong resistance to corrosion, oxidation, and structural fatigue, making it suitable for Indian riding conditions where heat, humidity, dust, and rain are constant variables.
Internally, the exhaust uses advanced ceramic wool insulation, a critical detail that many overlook. Ceramic wool helps stabilize internal temperatures and maintain tonal consistency over time. This ensures the sound remains deep and refined instead of becoming sharp or metallic after prolonged use. Thermal stability is especially important on the Duke 390, where engine heat and riding intensity can fluctuate rapidly.
The Galactic is tuned to enhance exhaust flow while maintaining optimal back pressure. The result is noticeably crisper throttle response and smoother acceleration, particularly through the mid-range — the range most riders actually use daily. Instead of a sudden spike or flat delivery, the power builds in a clean, predictable manner. Overtakes feel sharper. Corner exits feel more controlled. Urban riding feels more responsive.
Weight reduction compared to the stock exhaust further improves the Duke’s already agile handling. The Duke 390 is known for its lightweight streetfighter geometry, and trimming unnecessary mass from the rear section helps the bike feel even more flickable. Direction changes feel quicker. The rear feels lighter and more responsive when transitioning through tight corners.
The sound profile is one of the Galactic’s defining characteristics. At idle, it delivers a deep, bass-forward tone that adds presence without excessive volume. As revs climb, the tone builds progressively into a controlled growl that complements the Duke’s sharp engine note. It avoids harsh rasp and hollow resonance, maintaining clarity across the RPM band.
A removable DB killer is included, giving riders flexibility depending on preference and local regulations. With the DB killer installed, the sound remains composed and rideable for long highway stretches. Without it, the tone becomes more expressive while still retaining depth rather than high-pitched aggression.
Fitment is direct bolt-on. No cutting. No welding. No ECU remap required. The system mounts using factory mounting points, ensuring correct alignment and structural integrity. Whether you ride a BS3, BS4, or BS6 Duke 390, the model-specific configuration ensures proper clearance and consistent performance.
Durability extends beyond material choice. Every weld and bend is crafted to complement the Duke’s angular design language while maintaining strength under vibration and impact. The stainless steel construction resists surface corrosion, ensuring long-term aesthetic retention and structural reliability.
This exhaust is not built to simply make noise. It is engineered to refine character. The Duke 390 already delivers sharp performance — the Galactic enhances that character with a deeper acoustic identity, improved throttle connection, and a more premium mechanical feel.
Highway cruising becomes more engaging without becoming tiring. City riding becomes sharper without becoming jerky. Weekend rides feel more alive without becoming impractical.
The Red Rooster Galactic is a balanced upgrade — built for riders who want performance enhancement with composure.
