BMC FM01155 Air Filter for Honda H’ness CB350, CB350RS & CB350 (Oiled Cotton Performance Filter)
The BMC FM01155 Air Filter is a direct replacement performance air filter designed for Honda’s 350cc platform, including the H’ness CB350, CB350RS, and newer CB350 variants. It installs inside the stock airbox, replacing the OEM filter without requiring any modification.
Constructed using oiled cotton gauze, this panel-type air filter is engineered to support consistent airflow while maintaining effective filtration. The multi-layer cotton media allows controlled air intake while capturing fine contaminants, helping ensure stable engine operation across daily riding and long-distance touring conditions.
BMC’s full moulding process creates a single-piece filter structure without welded joints, improving durability and eliminating structural weak points found in conventional filters.
The filter is pre-oiled, washable, and reusable, making it a long-term replacement compared to disposable paper filters when maintained correctly.

The N-Gage Hyper Flow Air Filter for Honda CB350 is a performance-oriented replacement air filter designed specifically for motorcycles built on Honda’s CB350 platform. This includes the Honda CB350, H’ness CB350, and CB350RS, all of which share similar intake architecture and engine characteristics.
Air filtration plays a critical role in how an engine breathes, responds, and performs over time. On modern single-cylinder motorcycles, airflow consistency and effective dust filtration directly influence throttle smoothness, combustion stability, and long-term reliability. The N-Gage Hyper Flow Air Filter is designed to improve intake efficiency while continuing to protect the engine in everyday riding conditions.
High-Flow Cotton Gauze Filtration Design
This air filter is constructed using premium organic cotton gauze, layered to balance airflow and filtration efficiency. Cotton gauze filters are commonly used in performance applications because they allow increased air volume compared to disposable paper filters when properly maintained.
The filter is factory pre-oiled, which helps capture fine dust particles while still allowing higher airflow through the intake system. This design supports smoother air delivery under varied riding conditions, including city traffic, highway cruising, and longer touring rides.
Designed for Honda CB350 Engines
The N-Gage Hyper Flow Air Filter is designed specifically for Honda’s CB350-series motorcycles. Fitment is based on the stock airbox used on the CB350, H’ness CB350, and CB350RS models.
Because the filter matches factory mounting points and dimensions, it installs as a direct replacement. No cutting, drilling, or modification is required during installation. The original intake layout and sealing surfaces are retained, ensuring proper airbox integrity and weather protection.
Throttle Response and Ride Behaviour
Improved airflow can contribute to smoother throttle response and more predictable engine behaviour. Riders often choose high-flow air filters to reduce intake restriction, especially during acceleration and sustained cruising.
As per manufacturer intent, the N-Gage Hyper Flow Air Filter is designed to work with the stock ECU and exhaust system. No tuning or remapping is required for installation under standard riding conditions. Actual riding feel may vary depending on riding style, fuel quality, maintenance, and overall engine condition.
Washable and Reusable Construction
Unlike disposable paper air filters that require periodic replacement, this air filter is washable and reusable. With proper cleaning and re-oiling using suitable filter maintenance products, the filter can be reused multiple times over its service life.
This makes it a practical option for riders who prefer long-term ownership solutions and want to reduce recurring consumable replacements. Regular maintenance is essential to ensure consistent filtration performance and engine protection.
Built for Indian Riding Conditions
Honda CB350 motorcycles are commonly used across mixed riding environments. These include daily commuting, highway riding, and touring routes that may involve dust and changing weather.
The N-Gage Hyper Flow Air Filter is designed to maintain consistent airflow and filtration across such conditions. Riders should adjust cleaning intervals based on riding environment, especially in dusty regions.
Installation and Maintenance
Installation follows the same process as replacing the stock air filter and does not require special tools. Riders should ensure the filter is seated correctly within the airbox and that sealing surfaces are clean during installation.
For best results, cleaning and re-oiling should be carried out at recommended intervals using appropriate air filter cleaning products. Over-oiling or improper maintenance may affect filtration efficiency.
Compatibility
This air filter is compatible with the following motorcycles:
Honda CB350
Honda H’ness CB350
Honda CB350RS
Compatibility is based on stock intake configurations for these models.
What’s Included
The package includes one N-Gage Hyper Flow Air Filter, factory pre-oiled and ready for installation.
Long-Term Ownership and Practical Use
The N-Gage Hyper Flow Air Filter is intended for riders who prioritise consistent performance over long-term ownership rather than short-term gains. By maintaining stable airflow and effective filtration, the filter supports predictable engine behaviour across daily use and extended riding cycles.
For motorcycles like the Honda CB350 series, which are often used for commuting, highway cruising, and touring, intake consistency plays an important role in engine smoothness and fuel delivery. A properly maintained air filter helps ensure that the intake system continues to function as designed over time.
Riders are advised to inspect the filter periodically, especially when riding in dusty or humid conditions. Cleaning intervals may vary depending on usage and environment. When serviced correctly using suitable cleaning and re-oiling products, the filter can continue to deliver reliable intake performance without affecting the motorcycle’s original intake design.

Sprint Filter SM289P14 Air Filter for Honda CB350 / CB350 RS / H'ness CB350 / GB350
Honda's 348cc single is built around refinement, and a clean intake is part of keeping it that way. The Sprint Filter SM289P14 filters finer than the paper element it replaces and never needs replacing again. It drops straight into the factory airbox and replaces the paper element for good.
A dry filter, not an oiled one
Almost every performance air filter sold in India is oiled cotton gauze. It works, but it comes with a routine:
strip it, wash it, dry it completely, re-oil it evenly, and hope you did not over-oil it.
Sprint Filter's P14 media is different. It is a dry filter: to service it you take it out, blow it through with compressed air, and put it back. No cleaning solvents, no oil, no drying time, and no risk of oil residue migrating downstream into the intake tract of a fuel-injected engine.
The numbers Sprint publishes
Sprint Filter is unusually specific about its media, which makes it possible to compare grades honestly
rather than by adjective:
Filtration: traps debris down to 14 microns
Airflow: 1,800 litres per square metre per second
Media: dry non-woven filtering media
Servicing: dry, compressed air only
Which Sprint grade is right for you
Sprint make three media grades, and the trade-off between airflow and filtration is real.
More airflow means a coarser weave:
P08 — 80 micron, 5,050 l/m²/sec. Road and track use on sealed surfaces.
P14 (this filter) — 14 micron, 1,800 l/m²/sec. Finer filtration for genuinely dusty routes and high-mileage daily use.
T12 — 7 micron, 560 l/m²/sec. Off-road, gravel and desert conditions.
Not every grade is made for every motorcycle. If you are unsure which one suits how you actually ride,
ask us before ordering and we will tell you what Sprint catalogue for your bike.
Built to outlast the service schedule
Polyester is a manmade fibre and, looked after properly, shows no meaningful loss of structure or filtering
performance over time. Where a paper element is a consumable you buy again at every service, the SM289P14 is a
component you fit once and clean periodically. Over the life of the motorcycle that changes the arithmetic
considerably.
The element is manufactured in Italy by Sprint Filter, who supply filters into World Superbike and Grand Prix
paddocks. This is the same media technology, in a road-legal replacement size.
Fitment guidance
Sprint catalogue the SM289P14 for:
Honda CB350 and CB350 DLX (2021 onwards)

Honda H'ness CB350 (2020 onwards)
Honda GB350 and GB350 S (2021 onwards)
