Brembo 08318920 (front, 278 mm diameter) and Brembo 08139540 (rear, 279 mm diameter) are the OE-specification brake discs for the Mercedes W123.

Use the Position selector to choose the axle you need. The Set option covers both axles together.

Brembo Prime is the OE-equivalent disc line, developed for road use and finished with a corrosion coating.
