A full system upgrade with a track-tuned growl.
What changes on the bike
- 12% BHP and 7% torque over the stock system, measured on the dyno.
- Restrictive stock headers and the catalytic section come out, so the engine breathes freely.
- Better exhaust scavenging, which sharpens throttle response and cuts lag.
- Complete header plus can package at 6 kg, a large saving over stock.
- Both oxygen sensor bungs are retained, so the ECU keeps its closed loop fuelling and no error light appears.

How it is built
Silver Stallion builds to a four stage process it calls the 4Ds: Design for airflow and shape, Detail in the welds and finish, Development for fit and durability, and Dyno to prove the numbers rather than claim them. Bodies are stainless steel, and every system is signed off on a dyno before it goes on sale.
How it sounds
Removing the catalytic section and the restrictive headers gives a harder, track leaning note with a clear top end. It is a significant step up in volume from stock, and it stays clean rather than raspy at part throttle.
Is this the right exhaust for you?
It suits you if you ride the Speed 400, you want a real weight saving and a deeper note, and you would rather have a dyno figure behind the claim than a louder pipe alone.
Look elsewhere if you need to keep the catalytic converter, or you want the smallest possible change from stock. A Silver Stallion slip-on is the gentler option.
Questions riders ask
Which motorcycles does the Silver Stallion BLAZE FULL SYSTEM fit?
It is made for the Triumph Speed 400, Scrambler 400 X, Scrambler 400 XC, Thruxton 400 and Speed T4. Send us your model and year before you order and we will help confirm the right part.
How much power does it actually add?
Silver Stallion quotes 12% BHP and 7% torque over the stock system for this full system exhaust, measured on their dyno.
How much does it weigh?
6 kg, against a noticeably heavier stock unit.
What finishes can I choose?
Silver, Black Matte, Brushed. All are priced the same unless the option list says otherwise.
Will it throw a check engine light?
No. This system keeps both oxygen sensor bungs, so the ECU stays in closed loop and reads the sensors as it did from the factory.
Do I need a remap or a fuel controller?
The system is built to run on the stock map and retains both O2 sensors. A remap is optional and is only worth it if you are chasing the last few percent on a dyno.
Is it a bolt-on job or does it need fabrication?
It is a bolt-on fit using the stock mounting points on the Speed 400. No cutting or welding is needed.
Is this road legal in India?
It is an aftermarket performance part. Indian rules require a silencer that meets the noise limit your bike was homologated to, and enforcement varies by state. Check your local position before you fit it.
What does SSP stand for, and is it the same as Silver Stallion?
Silver Stallion Performance Pvt Ltd, based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The company is commonly abbreviated to SSP, and some dealers list the same parts under SS Motocorp. The range is designed, developed and dyno tested in India.
What warranty and support do I get?
Manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects, handled through Rawtorque. Message us on WhatsApp for fitment help before or after you buy.
