NGK Iridium IX. A 0.6mm fine-wire iridium centre electrode in place of a conventional one, firing a sharper, more focused spark.
On an older engine that means noticeably easier starting, a steadier idle and cleaner running, and iridium holds its gap far longer than the nickel plug it replaces.
Direct fit. Nothing to adjust.
