The NGage TORQX combo kit for the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 (part 520X2-116LHIM450) replaces the complete drive set: a brass-coated 520 chain with 116 links and a 15-tooth front / 47-tooth rear sprocket pair, plus a chain care set. Made in Thailand by Choho Chains.

    Fits

    • Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 (Sherpa 450)

    What's in the box

    • Brass coated drive chain
    • Front and rear sprockets
    • NGage Ultimate Chain Cleaner, 450 ml
    • NGage Super Ceramic Chain Lube, 225 ml
    • Tri-head chain cleaning brush
    • Microfibre cleaning cloth

    Chain and sprockets

    • Star-ring sealed chain with solid bushes, which NGage says improves lubrication sealing for longer chain life and rust resistance

    • Brand: NGage Powerparts TORQX

    • Made in Thailand by Choho Chains

    Care and fitting

NGage recommends inspecting the chain every 500 to 800 km, cleaning and lubricating every 500 km or after wet or dusty rides, and keeping chain slack at 20 to 25 mm with the rider seated (check your owner's manual). Always replace chain and sprockets together, and do not clean the chain with petrol, kerosene, thinner or other solvents. Professional fitment is recommended.

The cleaner and lube are flammable aerosols: keep away from heat and do not spray on brake discs or tyres.
