BMC Filter Detergent 500ml (WADET500), Air Filter Cleaning Solution

Step one of the BMC cleaning process, the detergent that does the actual work.

The BMC Filter Detergent (WADET500) is BMC's official filter cleaning solution, a purpose-formulated detergent that breaks down accumulated dirt, dust, and old filter oil from the cotton gauze without damaging the fibres or the filter's structural integrity. It is the first step in every BMC filter service cycle, used before re-oiling with BMC Regeneration Fluid.

Do not use household detergents, degreasers, or petrol, these can degrade the cotton gauze bonding and damage the filter permanently. The WADET500 is formulated specifically for BMC's oiled cotton media.

How to use:

1. Apply WADET500 to the dirty filter, work it gently into the gauze from the inside out
2. Allow to soak for 10 minutes
3. Rinse thoroughly with low-pressure water from the inside out, do not use a pressure washer
4. Allow to dry completely, then re-oil with BMC Regeneration Fluid
