Description

Rolon Chain Cut and Joint Tool for breaking and riveting motorcycle drive chains. The tool every sealed-chain fitment needs, because an O-ring or X-ring chain has no clip link and must be riveted closed.

What it does

Presses out chain pins to break a chain to length
Rivets the connecting link pin heads to close a sealed chain properly
Works across common motorcycle pitches including 420, 428, 520 and 525

Why you need one

Sealed ring chains are supplied with a rivet link, not a clip link. A clip link is not a safe substitute on a performance chain
A properly riveted joint is the strongest point of the chain. A badly closed one is the weakest
Saves a workshop trip on every chain change if you do your own maintenance
