Control Your Exhaust. On Your Terms.
Your valved exhaust has two modes — you just haven't been able to use both. The Valvetronic Exhaust Valve Control Module (Manual) gives you a handlebar-mounted switch that physically opens or closes the exhaust butterfly valve whenever you want. Full roar on the open highway. Clean and quiet through the colony, toll booth, or early morning streets. No apps. No wiring. No compromise.
This is the most reliable way to control a valved exhaust — because there's nothing electronic to fail. A cable connects your thumb to the valve. That's it.
What This Module Does
Valved exhausts come with an internal butterfly valve that changes how exhaust gases flow. When the valve is closed, gases pass through a baffled internal route — quieter, more refined. When the valve is open, gases take the free-flow path — louder, rawer, with a more aggressive exhaust note.
Most valved exhausts ship without any control module. The valve stays fixed in one position. This module gives you a switch to change it, whenever you want, from the handlebar.
Closed valve: Quiet, compliant, neighbour-friendly. Use it in residential areas, at idle, in traffic, on early morning rides.
Open valve: The sound your exhaust was built to make. Use it on highways, open roads, or anywhere you want the full character of your exhaust to come through.
Why Manual Over Electric
Zero electronics. No solenoid, no servo, no wiring loom, no relay. Nothing to short, corrode, or fail over time.
Works anywhere, always. The valve opens when you pull the cable. No power required. No sensor needed. Doesn't care if your bike is warm, cold, or idling.
You're in control. The valve is exactly where you put it — open or closed — until you choose to change it. No automatic switching when you don't want it.
Simple to install. Route the cable, connect to the valve actuator, mount the switch. No ECU tapping, no wiring diagrams, no calibration.
Built to last. A cable and a switch outlast any electronic actuator on a motorcycle. Less to maintain, less to replace.
How It Works
A control switch mounts on your handlebar. A cable runs from the switch down to the butterfly valve actuator on your exhaust. When you flick the switch, cable tension physically rotates the valve between open and closed. The entire system is mechanical — no power draw from your bike's electrical system, no ECU communication, no mapping required.
Installation requires routing the cable cleanly along the frame to the exhaust, connecting to the existing valve actuator arm, and adjusting cable tension for full travel in both directions. A standard workshop should be able to install this in under an hour on most platforms.
Compatible Bikes
This is a universal module — it works with any valved exhaust system that supports mechanical cable actuation, regardless of bike brand or model. Below is a verified compatibility reference across popular Indian market platforms. If your bike has a valved slip-on, this module can control it.

This module is universal — it controls the valve mechanism, not the exhaust itself. Your exhaust must have a butterfly valve with a mechanical actuator arm. Confirm exhaust compatibility before ordering. If your bike model isn't listed but runs a valved slip-on, this module will work.

The Red Rooster Astral Pro Performance Exhaust is engineered specifically for the Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650, a motorcycle built around long-distance composure, torque-rich delivery, and relaxed cruising stability. The Astral Pro is not designed to disrupt that character. It is built to refine it. This is a performance-oriented slip-on system focused on improving exhaust flow, sharpening throttle transitions, and enhancing acoustic depth while preserving the Super Meteor’s touring-friendly behavior.
Constructed from high-grade SS304 stainless steel, the Astral Pro emphasizes structural integrity and corrosion resistance. SS304 is widely used in premium exhaust manufacturing due to its resistance to oxidation, surface pitting, and thermal fatigue. On a motorcycle like the Super Meteor 650, which is expected to handle extended highway miles and sustained heat cycles, material quality directly impacts longevity. The Astral Pro is designed to withstand continuous temperature variation without discoloration instability or premature internal degradation.
Internally, the exhaust features a performance-tuned core designed to reduce flow restriction compared to the factory system. By allowing exhaust gases to exit more efficiently, the Astral Pro supports smoother throttle roll-ons and more immediate engine response in the mid-range. On the Super Meteor 650’s parallel-twin platform, this translates into cleaner acceleration during overtakes and improved responsiveness during steady cruising speeds. The gains are not positioned as extreme or race-focused; instead, they are tuned for usable road performance.
A key aspect of the Astral Pro is its acoustic calibration. Rather than producing a sharp or excessively loud exhaust tone, this system is engineered to deliver a deeper, controlled sound signature. The goal is a fuller bass note that enhances the motorcycle’s presence without becoming intrusive during long-distance riding. For touring riders, excessive high-frequency resonance can lead to fatigue. The Astral Pro avoids that characteristic by maintaining tonal balance across the rev range.
Weight reduction is another practical advantage. The Astral Pro is lighter than the stock exhaust assembly, reducing rear-end mass. While the Super Meteor 650 is inherently stable and planted, lowering weight at the rear subtly improves agility during low-speed maneuvers and directional changes. The effect is noticeable during city navigation and slow-speed control without compromising highway stability.
Thermal stability plays an important role in sustained performance. The Astral Pro is engineered to maintain consistent internal packing performance across extended riding sessions. Heat cycling can degrade inferior materials over time, leading to sound changes and reduced efficiency. Red Rooster positions the Astral Pro as a system built to maintain tone integrity and structural reliability even under demanding conditions.
Installation is designed to be straightforward. The Astral Pro mounts using factory exhaust points on the Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650. No cutting, welding, or permanent modifications are required as per manufacturer positioning. The slip-on format preserves serviceability and alignment, allowing riders to upgrade without altering the motorcycle’s core structure. No ECU remapping is stated as mandatory for standard installation on an otherwise stock motorcycle.
Multiple finish options are available depending on variant selection. Each finish maintains identical internal performance characteristics. The differences are aesthetic only. Riders can select a finish that complements the Super Meteor 650’s styling while retaining the same flow design and acoustic tuning.

The Astral Pro is intended for riders who want refinement rather than aggression. It does not aim to convert the Super Meteor 650 into a track-focused machine. Instead, it enhances the motorcycle’s inherent strengths — torque delivery, cruising stability, and mechanical presence. It adds a stronger exhaust voice without compromising long-haul comfort.
For daily commuters, it offers smoother throttle response in stop-and-go traffic. For touring riders, it provides a deeper soundtrack without excessive drone. For enthusiasts who value build quality, it delivers stainless steel durability engineered for long-term use.
The Red Rooster Astral Pro is positioned as a balanced upgrade — enhancing performance feel, preserving reliability, and maintaining the touring DNA of the Super Meteor 650.
