Control Your Exhaust. On Your Terms. Your valved exhaust has two modes — you just haven't been able to use both. The Valvetronic Exhaust Valve Control Module (Manual) gives you a handlebar-mounted switch that physically opens or closes the exhaust butterfly valve whenever you want. Full roar on the open highway. Clean and quiet through the colony, toll booth, or early morning streets. No apps. No wiring. No compromise. This is the most reliable way to control a valved exhaust — because there's nothing electronic to fail. A cable connects your thumb to the valve. That's it. What This Module Does Valved exhausts come with an internal butterfly valve that changes how exhaust gases flow. When the valve is closed, gases pass through a baffled internal route — quieter, more refined. When the valve is open, gases take the free-flow path — louder, rawer, with a more aggressive exhaust note. Most valved exhausts ship without any control module. The valve stays fixed in one position. This module gives you a switch to change it, whenever you want, from the handlebar. Closed valve: Quiet, compliant, neighbour-friendly. Use it in residential areas, at idle, in traffic, on early morning rides. Open valve: The sound your exhaust was built to make. Use it on highways, open roads, or anywhere you want the full character of your exhaust to come through. Why Manual Over Electric Zero electronics. No solenoid, no servo, no wiring loom, no relay. Nothing to short, corrode, or fail over time. Works anywhere, always. The valve opens when you pull the cable. No power required. No sensor needed. Doesn't care if your bike is warm, cold, or idling. You're in control. The valve is exactly where you put it — open or closed — until you choose to change it. No automatic switching when you don't want it. Simple to install. Route the cable, connect to the valve actuator, mount the switch. No ECU tapping, no wiring diagrams, no calibration. Built to last. A cable and a switch outlast any electronic actuator on a motorcycle. Less to maintain, less to replace. How It Works A control switch mounts on your handlebar. A cable runs from the switch down to the butterfly valve actuator on your exhaust. When you flick the switch, cable tension physically rotates the valve between open and closed. The entire system is mechanical — no power draw from your bike's electrical system, no ECU communication, no mapping required. Installation requires routing the cable cleanly along the frame to the exhaust, connecting to the existing valve actuator arm, and adjusting cable tension for full travel in both directions. A standard workshop should be able to install this in under an hour on most platforms. Compatible Bikes This is a universal module — it works with any valved exhaust system that supports mechanical cable actuation, regardless of bike brand or model. Below is a verified compatibility reference across popular Indian market platforms. If your bike has a valved slip-on, this module can control it. The Triumph Speed 400 is engineered to be sharp, responsive, and mechanically honest. The Red Rooster Blaze Exhaust doesn’t try to change that character - it refines it, tightens it, and gives it a stronger mechanical voice. Purpose-built for the Speed 400 platform, the Blaze is tuned to enhance throttle clarity, improve mid-range urgency, and deliver a deeper exhaust note that feels deliberate rather than dramatic. This is not an oversized can chasing noise. It is a precision-built system designed around how the 400cc single-cylinder engine breathes and delivers power. Constructed from high-grade Grade 304 stainless steel, the Blaze balances structural strength with corrosion resistance. Every section — from the inlet pipe to the outer canister — is formed to maintain optimal exhaust flow while preserving safe back-pressure levels. The result is smoother scavenging, cleaner combustion response, and a more consistent torque curve through everyday riding RPMs. On the road, what changes is not just the sound — it’s the feel. Throttle transitions become sharper. Roll-ons feel cleaner. The engine responds with less hesitation in the mid-range. There’s a noticeable tightening of the bike’s behavior when accelerating out of corners or navigating stop-start traffic. The Speed 400 already handles with agility; reducing exhaust weight at the rear subtly improves that dynamic even further. The Blaze trims unnecessary bulk compared to the stock system, contributing to improved balance and directional response. While not extreme, the difference is felt in the way the motorcycle flicks into turns and stabilizes under throttle. Sound tuning is where Red Rooster’s engineering becomes evident. The Blaze produces a deeper, more authoritative tone without becoming harsh or intrusive. At idle, it settles into a controlled bass note. Under acceleration, it opens up progressively — delivering presence without raspiness. During highway cruising, the tone remains composed and non-fatiguing, making it suitable for long-distance rides. Internally, high-temperature resistant insulation materials are used to maintain consistent thermal control. Heat cycles from daily commuting, traffic congestion, and extended highway runs do not distort tone quality. The stainless steel construction resists rust, surface corrosion, and weather exposure, ensuring long-term durability even in humid or wet conditions. Installation is engineered to be straightforward. The Blaze is a true direct bolt-on exhaust for the Triumph Speed 400. It mounts to factory points without cutting, welding, or structural modifications. The supplied mounting hardware integrates with the stock configuration, preserving alignment and factory geometry. There are no alignment battles or forced adjustments. Importantly, under standard fitment conditions, the Blaze does not require ECU remapping. It is tuned to work harmoniously with the stock engine calibration while improving overall exhaust flow characteristics. Visually, the Blaze is available in three finishes: Polish – clean metallic finish that highlights stainless craftsmanship Black – darker, aggressive aesthetic that complements modern styling Matte – understated industrial look for a stealth presence All finishes share identical internal construction and performance characteristics. Only the exterior treatment changes. Performance remains consistent across variants. The Blaze is engineered for real-world riders — not for exaggerated dyno claims. Its gains are practical: Improved throttle response in mid-range RPM Smoother roll-on acceleration Controlled, deeper exhaust note Reduced rear-end weight compared to stock Durable stainless steel build quality Long-term resistance to corrosion and heat fatigue On city roads, the exhaust maintains refinement. On open highways, it expresses depth. On spirited weekend rides, it responds quickly and predictably. This is not an attention-seeking exhaust. It is a mechanical enhancement designed to complement the Speed 400’s balanced personality. It gives the motorcycle a stronger acoustic identity and a sharper mechanical response without compromising reliability or everyday usability. The Triumph Speed 400 is built with intent. The Red Rooster Blaze reinforces that intent. Engineering over theatrics.Tone without excess.Performance without compromise.
