Valvetronic Valvetronic Exhaust Valve Control Module (Manual) – Cable-Operated Exhaust Valve Controller
Control Your Exhaust. On Your Terms. Your valved exhaust has two modes — you just haven't been able to use both. The Valvetronic Exhaust Valve Control Module (Manual) gives you a handlebar-mounted switch that physically opens or closes the exhaust butterfly valve whenever you want. Full roar on the open highway. Clean and quiet through the colony, toll booth, or early morning streets. No apps. No wiring. No compromise. This is the most reliable way to control a valved exhaust — because there's nothing electronic to fail. A cable connects your thumb to the valve. That's it. What This Module Does Valved exhausts come with an internal butterfly valve that changes how exhaust gases flow. When the valve is closed, gases pass through a baffled internal route — quieter, more refined. When the valve is open, gases take the free-flow path — louder, rawer, with a more aggressive exhaust note. Most valved exhausts ship without any control module. The valve stays fixed in one position. This module gives you a switch to change it, whenever you want, from the handlebar. Closed valve: Quiet, compliant, neighbour-friendly. Use it in residential areas, at idle, in traffic, on early morning rides. Open valve: The sound your exhaust was built to make. Use it on highways, open roads, or anywhere you want the full character of your exhaust to come through. Why Manual Over Electric Zero electronics. No solenoid, no servo, no wiring loom, no relay. Nothing to short, corrode, or fail over time. Works anywhere, always. The valve opens when you pull the cable. No power required. No sensor needed. Doesn't care if your bike is warm, cold, or idling. You're in control. The valve is exactly where you put it — open or closed — until you choose to change it. No automatic switching when you don't want it. Simple to install. Route the cable, connect to the valve actuator, mount the switch. No ECU tapping, no wiring diagrams, no calibration. Built to last. A cable and a switch outlast any electronic actuator on a motorcycle. Less to maintain, less to replace. How It Works A control switch mounts on your handlebar. A cable runs from the switch down to the butterfly valve actuator on your exhaust. When you flick the switch, cable tension physically rotates the valve between open and closed. The entire system is mechanical — no power draw from your bike's electrical system, no ECU communication, no mapping required. Installation requires routing the cable cleanly along the frame to the exhaust, connecting to the existing valve actuator arm, and adjusting cable tension for full travel in both directions. A standard workshop should be able to install this in under an hour on most platforms. Compatible Bikes This is a universal module — it works with any valved exhaust system that supports mechanical cable actuation, regardless of bike brand or model. Below is a verified compatibility reference across popular Indian market platforms. If your bike has a valved slip-on, this module can control it. Red Rooster Red Rooster Galactic Exhaust for KTM RC 390 (Stainless Steel Finish)
The Red Rooster Galactic Exhaust for KTM RC 390 (Stainless Steel Finish) is engineered for riders who demand sharper throttle feel, cleaner acceleration, and a deeper exhaust character without compromising daily usability. Designed specifically for the KTM RC 390 platform, the Galactic complements the bike’s high-revving single-cylinder nature while refining how power is delivered across the rev range. Built from Grade 304 stainless steel, the Galactic is constructed to endure aggressive riding conditions, sustained heat cycles, and long-distance stress without corrosion or structural fatigue. The stainless finish offers a clean, mechanical aesthetic that suits the RC’s sharp fairing design while maintaining long-term resistance to rust, discoloration, and environmental wear. This is not cosmetic stainless — it is performance-grade material chosen for strength, thermal stability, and durability. Internally, the exhaust uses advanced ceramic wool insulation engineered to maintain consistent acoustic tone and thermal balance. The packing material ensures the exhaust note remains deep and controlled instead of harsh or metallic over time. Even after extended high-RPM use, the tone stays stable, eliminating the hollow or tinny sound often associated with lower-grade systems. On performance delivery, the Galactic is tuned to improve exhaust scavenging and optimize flow efficiency. The result is a noticeably sharper throttle response and smoother power transition through the mid-range. Acceleration feels more immediate, especially when rolling on the throttle exiting corners or during quick overtakes. The engine breathes cleaner, responds faster, and feels more connected to rider input. Weight reduction compared to the stock exhaust contributes to improved agility. By shedding unnecessary mass, the RC 390 feels lighter during direction changes, particularly in technical riding scenarios. The reduced weight also helps balance the chassis during high-speed lean transitions, reinforcing the bike’s natural cornering precision. The exhaust note itself is refined rather than excessive. Expect a deep, throaty growl at idle, a strong mid-range character under load, and a more aggressive yet controlled tone at higher RPMs. It enhances the riding experience without becoming overwhelming during long rides. The sound profile supports spirited riding while remaining composed enough for daily use. Fitment is designed as a direct bolt-on replacement for KTM RC 390 variants. No ECU remapping, no wiring changes, and no structural modifications are required for installation. The mounting points align with factory geometry, ensuring proper clearance, stability, and long-term reliability. Installation is straightforward and maintains the integrity of the motorcycle’s frame and bodywork. Thermal management is another area where the Galactic stands out. The stainless construction combined with ceramic wool insulation helps regulate external heat dispersion. This contributes to rider comfort and protects adjacent components from excessive heat exposure during aggressive riding or stop-and-go traffic conditions. Durability is built into every weld and contour. Each unit is manufactured with attention to structural rigidity, vibration resistance, and long-term endurance. The canister design is engineered to withstand road shock, rough surfaces, and sustained high-speed usage without rattling or tonal inconsistency. For riders who use the RC 390 both in urban environments and on open highways, the Galactic offers a balanced upgrade. In city riding, throttle modulation feels smoother and more predictable. On highways, sustained cruising benefits from stable tone and consistent power delivery. In spirited riding scenarios, the exhaust enhances responsiveness and rider feedback. This system is not tuned merely for loudness. It is calibrated for controlled performance enhancement. The goal is to elevate the RC 390’s character — making it feel sharper, more eager, and more expressive — while preserving reliability and daily practicality. The stainless steel finish also simplifies long-term maintenance. It resists corrosion from moisture, rain exposure, and environmental contaminants. Cleaning is straightforward, and the finish retains its mechanical appearance over time without flaking or peeling. Whether you are refining your RC 390 for sharper road presence, improved throttle feel, or a deeper exhaust signature, the Red Rooster Galactic provides a cohesive upgrade. It aligns with the bike’s performance DNA while adding durability, tonal depth, and structural quality that stock systems often lack. Engineered for performance.Built for endurance.Tuned for the RC 390 rider who wants more precision without sacrificing control.
