Control Your Exhaust. On Your Terms.
Your valved exhaust has two modes — you just haven't been able to use both. The Valvetronic Exhaust Valve Control Module (Manual) gives you a handlebar-mounted switch that physically opens or closes the exhaust butterfly valve whenever you want. Full roar on the open highway. Clean and quiet through the colony, toll booth, or early morning streets. No apps. No wiring. No compromise.
This is the most reliable way to control a valved exhaust — because there's nothing electronic to fail. A cable connects your thumb to the valve. That's it.
What This Module Does
Valved exhausts come with an internal butterfly valve that changes how exhaust gases flow. When the valve is closed, gases pass through a baffled internal route — quieter, more refined. When the valve is open, gases take the free-flow path — louder, rawer, with a more aggressive exhaust note.
Most valved exhausts ship without any control module. The valve stays fixed in one position. This module gives you a switch to change it, whenever you want, from the handlebar.
Closed valve: Quiet, compliant, neighbour-friendly. Use it in residential areas, at idle, in traffic, on early morning rides.
Open valve: The sound your exhaust was built to make. Use it on highways, open roads, or anywhere you want the full character of your exhaust to come through.
Why Manual Over Electric
Zero electronics. No solenoid, no servo, no wiring loom, no relay. Nothing to short, corrode, or fail over time.
Works anywhere, always. The valve opens when you pull the cable. No power required. No sensor needed. Doesn't care if your bike is warm, cold, or idling.
You're in control. The valve is exactly where you put it — open or closed — until you choose to change it. No automatic switching when you don't want it.
Simple to install. Route the cable, connect to the valve actuator, mount the switch. No ECU tapping, no wiring diagrams, no calibration.
Built to last. A cable and a switch outlast any electronic actuator on a motorcycle. Less to maintain, less to replace.
How It Works
A control switch mounts on your handlebar. A cable runs from the switch down to the butterfly valve actuator on your exhaust. When you flick the switch, cable tension physically rotates the valve between open and closed. The entire system is mechanical — no power draw from your bike's electrical system, no ECU communication, no mapping required.
Installation requires routing the cable cleanly along the frame to the exhaust, connecting to the existing valve actuator arm, and adjusting cable tension for full travel in both directions. A standard workshop should be able to install this in under an hour on most platforms.
Compatible Bikes
This is a universal module — it works with any valved exhaust system that supports mechanical cable actuation, regardless of bike brand or model. Below is a verified compatibility reference across popular Indian market platforms. If your bike has a valved slip-on, this module can control it.

This module is universal — it controls the valve mechanism, not the exhaust itself. Your exhaust must have a butterfly valve with a mechanical actuator arm. Confirm exhaust compatibility before ordering. If your bike model isn't listed but runs a valved slip-on, this module will work.

Red Rooster Performance Rumbler Max Black Exhaust for Royal Enfield Hunter 350
The Red Rooster Performance Rumbler Max Black Exhaust for Royal Enfield Hunter 350 is a high-quality slip-on exhaust system. It is designed for riders seeking the perfect balance between sound character, build quality, and daily usability. Made by Red Rooster Performance, this exhaust integrates cleanly with the Hunter 350 while enhancing rideability and long-term durability.
Exhaust systems affect not only the sound but also heat management, durability, and the overall riding experience. The Rumbler Max Black acts as a direct-fit replacement for the stock exhaust. This allows riders to upgrade their Royal Enfield Hunter exhaust without permanent modifications. Compatibility with the original mounting points and exhaust routing is maintained, which supports easy servicing and reversibility.
Material Construction and Finish of the Royal Enfield Hunter Exhaust
The Rumbler Max Black is crafted using Grade 304 stainless steel. This material is widely used in performance exhausts for its corrosion resistance and ability to withstand heat cycling. Stainless steel ensures the exhaust handles repeated thermal expansion and contraction during everyday rides and highway use without fatigue.
The matte black finish complements the Hunter 350’s design with a clean, performance-focus look. When cared for properly, this finish retains its quality and appearance over long-term use under normal riding conditions. The subtle look fits well with the motorcycle’s aesthetic.
Sound Character and Riding Experience
Red Rooster Performance’s exhaust systems emphasize controlled sound output rather than simply increasing volume. The Rumbler Max Black delivers a deeper and more distinct exhaust note than the stock unit. Despite the heightened sound, it remains practical and unobtrusive for regular riding.
This Royal Enfield Hunter exhaust includes ceramic wool packing inside. This material can handle high temperatures and vibrations for extended periods. Ceramic wool helps maintain the consistent exhaust tone as the system matures, minimizing sound degradation over normal use.
Note that sound perception will vary based on riding environment, throttle usage, traffic, and external factors. Riders should always comply with local noise laws and regulations when installing aftermarket exhausts.
Designed for Direct Bolt-On Installation
The Red Rooster Performance Rumbler Max Black Exhaust is built for direct bolt-on installation on the Royal Enfield Hunter 350. No cutting, welding, or permanent modifications are required. This design makes it easy for riders to fit the new exhaust quickly and safely.
Because it uses the motorcycle’s existing mounting points, the exhaust can be installed or removed without altering the bike’s original structure. This makes the upgrade suitable for riders who want reversible changes or may want to switch back to the stock exhaust later.
Heat Resistance and Long-Term Durability
Motorcycle exhausts regularly face intense heat, vibration, and environmental elements such as road debris and moisture. The stainless steel construction paired with ceramic wool packing keeps the Rumbler Max Black strong and acoustically consistent over time.
The design supports daily commuting and weekend rides without performance drops caused by heat fatigue or material wear. Proper installation and maintenance ensure its durability for long-term use as an effective Royal Enfield Hunter exhaust upgrade.
Compatibility and Intended Use
This exhaust is designed specifically for the Royal Enfield Hunter 350. Its fitment relies on the stock exhaust layout and mounting geometry unique to this model. Use on other motorcycles is not recommended unless confirmed by the manufacturer.
Functioning as a purely mechanical component, the Rumbler Max Black does not include any electronic parts. It does not require ECU remapping for regular installation conditions. Actual sound and riding feel may change depending on usage style, fuel quality, and bike condition.
Installation and Ownership Considerations
Installation should follow proper procedures to guarantee correct alignment, sealing, and mounting security. Exhaust fasteners should be periodically checked, especially soon after installation and during regular servicing.
As with all aftermarket Royal Enfield Hunter exhaust upgrades, riders must ensure the bike complies with applicable local traffic, emission, and noise regulations when using this exhaust system.
What’s Included
The kit contains one Red Rooster Performance Rumbler Max Black Exhaust unit. It is tailored for direct installation on the Royal Enfield Hunter 350. Mounting components in the kit securely integrate with the factory exhaust setup, ensuring a smooth fit and performance upgrade.
